when someone tries talking to me but im currently convinced everyone in my life has a secret hate agenda towards me even though they have given me no reason to feel that way other than the fact that i force myself to mentally distance myself from every person in my life in order to get over the crushing feeling and burning of being perceived in a way i cant control
