A fox I made :] (who is also for sale if you're into that)

This decently complex head took me about 6 months over the past 4 years to make. I've grown a bit of an attachment, but all good things must come to an end. It was a fun project to work on while it lasted, but I have to admit, I am a bit tired of looking at it now.

I used howl fabric furs and pure plush minky from joann on the nose and inner ear. It is fully hand sewn and machine washable (on gentle cycle only). I don't know what made me design this guy this way, but I think it came out cute and unique :] I think it's supposed to be very vaugely cross fox, but idk. I have a bunch of napkin sketches, so maybe just wanted to make it readable in b/w...?

Anyway, I really like how this guy came out, I think it's a cutie pie.

Another personal favorite of mine, the elegant Quilin gave me lots of unique challenges. The minky horn turned out so well. I hand painted that gradient on the horn and nose scales, as well as the little stars. The color choice on the horn/scales was loosely inspired by Ganyu from Genshin Impact, which is also what decided the species.

I'd love to make a companion to this suit someday and make it sun themed.
