This song kinda makes me think of Laa-Laa and Guardian.

Unfortunately I can't animate very well so I'm just gonna explain. Maybe like poison ivy would grow on Laa-Laa more and more as she makes her way to the outskirts. Now obviously I'm not being literal- I think the poison ivy would be more of a symbol for regret. Laa-Laa regrets not being able to save Dipsy or Po, or something like that. She's aware of the poison ivy. But when Guardian gets to the outskirts, he doesn't realize the small amount of poison ivy growing on him. The line "If you won't leave me alone, I hope poison grows in your garden too." Makes me think of Laa-Laa hoping he'll regret his actions (stalking her and her friends). When he eventually ends up killing Laa-Laa or leaving her, more of it grows on him. And more of it grows when he kills Po. But he's still not aware of it until it's too late.

General info about my headcanons for the characters:

Tinky-Winky: Trans, protective of his friends, feminine, closer with Po than he is with Laa and Dipsy, likes fashion. 10 ft tall. Brother of Baa, Mi-Mi, Nin, and Ping. 21 years old.

Dipsy: Dating Laa-Laa, sarcastic, closer with Laa than he is with Tinky and Po, 8'6 ft tall. Daa-Daa's brother. 19 years old.

Laa-Laa: Dating Dipsy, emotional, closer with Dipsy than she is with Tinky and Po, 7'6 ft tall. Umby-Pumby's sister. 19 years old.

Po: Wild and playful, closer with Tinky than she is with Laa and Dipsy, antisocial, 6'6 ft tall. Sister of Duggle-Dee. 18 years old. She has a lot of scars.

Guardian: Naive, reckless, 7'9 ft tall, dating/married to Anne & Lenny, has an eating disorder due to multiple things (custard, dislike of food, etc). Insomnia and PTSD. 21 years old. Related to Conor.

Anne: Reckless and strong, 13'4 ft tall, dating/married to Guardian & Lenny, Second Lieutenant. 24 years old. Good friends with Dutch and Miles.

Miles: He's serious while doing his job but outside of work he's pretty goofy, 11'2 ft tall, dating Gary (cries in rarepair). 32 years old. Good friends with Anne, Conor, and Dutch. Sergeant (obviously).

Richard: Honestly I haven't really figured out a personality for him yet, 10'9 ft tall, married to Finn, related to Po and Duggle-Dee. 45 years old. He has a friendly rivalry with Dutch. He doesn't trust Guardian. He's pretty much Lenny's dad although they aren't related.

Lenny: Insane, smart, always wearing his goggles and lab coat, dating/married to Guardian & Anne, 13'0 ft tall. 23 years old. He always has a knife on him. Gary's cousin. Related to Ru-Ru and Arrow.

Dutch: Kind of silly if he's in the right mood, dating Conor, 11'4 ft tall. 27 years old. Finn's brother.

Finn: Serious-ish, First Lieutenant, 36 years old, 10'7 ft tall. Dutch's brother. Married to Richard.

Gary: Silly, loves to steal Lenny's knife, engineer and mechanic, trans, 26 years old, 8'4 ft tall. Dating Miles. Lenny's cousin. Related to Ru-Ru and Arrow.

Conor: Serious, paranoid, dating Dutch, 26 years old and 10'3 ft tall. Related to Guardian. He doesn't trust Richard, and is suspicious of him. He'll use guns but he prefers knives and swords.

Ron: Lazy, funny, engineer and mechanic, 23 years old, 8'5 ft tall. Married to Tobby. He's related to Ninja.

Ninja: He like to joke around a lot, he's like Conor and prefers to use knives and swords, Ninja isn't his real name, his nickname is N, 20 years old, 10'8 ft tall. Related to Ron.

Tobby: Quiet, engineer, married to Ron, 23 years old, 10'3 ft tall.

Arrow: Energetic, usually happy, crushing on Cave, somewhere in his teens, 10'3 ft tall.

Cave: Quiet, reserved, crushing on Arrow, somewhere in his teens, 13'5 ft tall. He's the one with the journal.

Yeti: Blunt and very straightforward, somewhere in his teens, 13'5 ft tall.
