What a year!!! My last speaking engagement for the year at Kein Kino. It wasn’t the right time for me to feel all this

Riso Pattern Printing #Newlifeoldideas One of the great things about the Zurich University of Arts are the many workshops that are available for student use. I was able to print a few of my prints using the Risograph, it was great learning about this new (to me) printing technique and breathing new life into an old project. I’m realizing more and more that I can create my own happiness. My Happiness Recipe: Warm bath, Moisturize with fav body oil, A big and bright smile, Movement, Music (Soca/NeoSoul), Good food, Sunshine, Bright colours, Good thoughts, Water, Minding my own business & Confidence. Sometimes I don’t have all the ingredients but I can always find a substitute and make it work.
