Little slip of tongue but no harm no foul. The kid was just a bundle of adorableness, Roy could smoosh those little cheeks silly. “Ya never know with genetics but I ain’t exactly the brightest spanner in the toolbox, kid” Roy always put himself down on his intelligence despite being a good mechanic, good at robotics, he always called himself an idiot.

It took a lot of love to make him feel worthy but he was getting there.

“Ah you know we gots a problem know Superboy.I might get in trouble again and call on ya for an adventure. Can’t beat a bulletproof power house can ya. You are bulletproof right?”

Roy slurped rather loudly and devoured his food just as loudly with almost moaning sounds to the delicious delicious cheese. “Set some crooks straight, hit the bumper cars, gonna be fun.”

“I’m sure you’re plenty smart!” Jon protested, reaching over to lightly pat Roy on the head. “This is a no negativity zone. You say something negative, you get a whack on the head. Deal?” Of course, his idea of a “whack on the head” was just a light pat, but the point still stood. At least to him.

“Yup!! 100% Bullet Proof(tm)! I once caught a bullet too! I was so proud of myself for that one! It didn’t tickle. It actually kinda stung??? But I did it!! It was so cool!” Jon bounced in his seat as he talked. 

“Me an’ Robin got attacked by ninjas and one of em had a gun which is like- super cheating! Ninjas can’t have guns! Ninjas are supposed to have swords! Not that it does ‘em much good. Those dumb things break when they make contact with my skin. But still!”

general psa that i will NEVER be upset with you for taking forever/never answering something i send you 

we all have lives outside of this and muses are fickle like, i get it and i never want anyone to be afraid that i’d hold it against them like if i send you a meme and you’re not feeling it? you don’t need to answer it

if we plot something and i make a starter and you’re not feeling it anymore? that’s okay too. even if halfway through a thread it feels like it’s going nowhere so you wanna drop it? that’s 100% okay
