The bell near the door chimed when you enter the shop. “Welcome to our shop!” you turned around and your smile fades as you looked at the boy at the counter, expecting someone else.

“Oh, is Mr. Kim not here?” you asked, approaching. “My dad? he’s out for a business trip, why?” he asked you back, confused.

You nod a little, “I didn’t know Mr. Kim was your father” you comment at your classmate

“Well now you know” he laughs. “Also is there something you need from him?”

“Oh yeah, he did left something, wait let me just get it” Seungmin left the counter and start scanning around the music shop.

It was the only music shop in your place, filled with albums throughout the decades ranging from vinyls to casette tapes, it pique your interest especially now that your father bought you a vintage vinyl player, you suddenly become fond of visiting the place and eventually, befriending the owner.

You never get to know Mr. Kim that much so it was a surprise that he was Kim Seungmin’s father. Seungmin’s a classmate of yours in your high school, he was popular because he’s always get voted as your class president. Other than that, he was also smart and kind, many girls swoon over him.

“Here you go” he said, grabbing three vinyl albums and handing it over you.

You mumbled your thanks and looked at the covers first. It was a local indie singer who go back way in the 80’s.

“He’s a great singer”

You look at Seungmin. “What? you know him?”

“Of course! although he’s underrated and an indie singer, his voice is really great!” the boy said with so much enthusiasm

Your eyes sparkled, in glee to hear someone with the same music taste with you. “That’s so awesome, I never thought you listen to him!”

“Oh there’s so much singer that I can recommend to you” he gladly said.

“So do I!”

Seungmin hums “How about this monday? lunch break?” he offered

You nodded without any hesitation. “Sure! see you on Monday”

Seungmin waves goodbye to you, smiling cheekily. “Goodbye~”

“Because Hyunjin is the cameraman and Jeongin doesn’t have the same charisma as I do,” Speak of the devil, Lee Minho slides up next to you and wraps his arm around your shoulders, sporting his signature cocky grin. You roll your eyes and you shift your lyric books around in your arms.
