Finally caught up on Doctor Who, and that is NOT the Belinda Chandra I knew..... There was hope, we could've just continued on when the timeline altered itself and got rid of Poppy seamlessly, but noooo we just had to take a powerful woc lead and make her a mother even though she has had no interest in that this entire time. Not by choice of herself, but of the man she was forced to accompany and learn to tolerate and eventually come to love through this entire season to just go home.

A child formed in a "dream world" that everyone is heterosexual and everyone must listen to the sole white man spreading propaganda. A child who does not exist in the true world, one fabricated purely to further push the narrative that there is no queerness ever. That this woman was always supposed to be a traditional housewife to raise that child.

Good lord.... I've never seen a show of such high production take such a plummet so quickly in a looooong time...! Takes a lot of effort to fuck up a good thing like that. Congrats. When I fucking get you.....

Tumblr when I block a post and tags associated with said post, that does not mean I wish to see more of it.

I have pr0ship blocked. Somehow Tumblr thinks that means I wish to see a post about Max x David (Camp Camp), which MIND YOU I'M NOT EVEN IN THE FANDOM FOR IN THE SLIGHTEST, the two posts that show up are sexualizing the kid. Like, you cannot tell me that's normal? You are shipping a grown ass adult with a young kid and sexualizing them. I'm not sorry, y'all are gross.

I have had an influx of pr0ship posts on my page in general. I block tags, I block the users, and another larger wave shows up. I do not interact, I purely block. How? How do they keep appearing??

I'll say it again pr0shippers are not welcome on my page. I do not say this to spark arguments, I do not care what y'all say, I want you out of here. If you are a pr0shipper and are offended that I am "excluding you" "silencing free speech" "being toxic about your coping mechanism" or other excuses, literally just block me. Just- Just block me. Genuine question when did "yuri" and "yaoi" become general acceptable-to-use terms? Like, I remember when people would jump each other for using it instead of saying gays and lesbians (because people were also allergic to just saying queer, and also early 2010's biphobia erased/demeaned bi sapphics and achilleans everywhere) but now everyone just says yuri and yaoi.

It was frowned upon bc (paraphrasing from shitty memory so take with a grain of salt) it's "an anime sub-genre that stereotypes and sexualizes queer people" so you shouldn't call a sapphic couple yuri and/or an achillean couple yaoi.

I do not know when the opinion changed, maybe it was anime becoming extremely mainstream over quarantine? Who knows... But it was never actually in my own vocabulary at all until recently. It's still rare to see me use it, as I usually just say queer as a catch-all or sapphic/achillean to be slightly more specific.

Idk if any of this makes sense or even if I just made up a false memory about a strange community ruling that never actually happened, but it's nearly 1am and I need to sleep.

My overactive brain is going off the rails again, so here's my current plaguing thought.

Do you guys think Springy's obsessiveness over Bot's uniqueness stems from an unconscious connection to MePhone? Like, with what we know now, MePhone technically made the Springy we saw, and yet he only had an indirect play in creating Bot. Bot's own existence was out of his control. Do you think Springy's more outward approach of getting to Bot's roots is from something buried deep within MePhone?

Disinterest in past creations after they served their purpose (or failed to do so), only focused on the newest one that blew away prior expectations, sending the next creation to detain the one seen as the most powerful. Can you see the connections I'm making yet....?

In a long line of playing god, MePhone has yet to break out of Cobs' cycle. Something unconsciously within MePhone created Springy with the purpose of trying to recreate Bot, to have some semblance of sense behind this creation that ran away from their prime directive. Was it to help himself, or was it to satisfy what he would think Cobs wanted even when he didn't want to even see anything resembling Cobs?

Anyways, just... Take that random long string thought association for today.

Hey. to any kids reading this, you should start using the block button. The block button is a very magical tool where you can make all the stuff that makes you uncomfortable Go away!!!

Block people who make you uncomfortable! ESPECIALLY if theyre adults!! Even if they didnt do anything necessarily wrong! block people if their posts make you uncomfortable, or if you have a bad feeling about them, its okay to block them. even if you dont have a specific reason. I cannot stress this enough, especially on tumblr, you get to curate your own experience by following people you like and blocking people who make your experience worse. Theres some sort of stigma around the block button on other sites, but i can assure you youre not weak for keeping yourself comfortable.

P.S., while im on the topic, let me introduce you to the wonders of TAG FILTERS!!! Filter whatever youd like!! all it does is give you a warning and you can manually click a button to show the full post.

The thing I love about II ships is that most of the time it feels like people and throwing a dart blindfolded at a list of characters and somehow making it work out. No canon interactions? A blank canvas to work off of! A few sour interactions? It's fine, that was the competition and everyone is learning that life isn't always that stressful! Bad relationship? Uhhh... Toxic yuri/yaoi I guess- So on and so forth.

Of course there's the exceptions of the developed character interactions, the entirety of 4 Lights in literally any figuration, Purgatory Mansioneers, Tacomic even, but every ship still feels like a rarepair sometimes.

It's a bit fun, it's also very challenging as someone who likes to stick to canonical stuff. As much as I love AUs and stuff, I still take canon interactions to heart unfortunately..... Their dynamics are too interesting to throw it all away! "But what about your Tacomic series??" *incorrect buzzer sound* Post season!! Still based on canon!! Up until season 4 comes out, it's entirely possible to be canon. (this is what happened with Amphibia season 2.......)

I could see Jim being Pickle. Jimmy was allied with Scar in 3rd Life, and that ultimately lead to his death. In the other stance, Martyn was directly opposed to Scar (since it really drew down to The Desert vs Dogwarts in the end) so they didn't even have that alliance to begin with. Jim as Pickle for sure.

The Concept of Horses is Salt since Bdubs (Pepper) admires it but it couldn't care less until Bdubs can be useful and/or boost it's image, while it might like Joel but Joel willingly goes out of his way to kill all horses /j

It's super debatable on what roles would work for who, I suppose. Joel is obsessed with all his guys and they are equally obsessed with him (and Boarder Hoarders isn't helping his case either, I see you Jim and Oli..... I know what you are /j). But also he's the one that started the whole "Etho is obsessed with me" despite being the one to put the dude's face on his shirt in Double Life which started the whole obsession thing to begin with. Joel is obsessed with Etho. Does that make him Salt and Etho OJ? Then Bdubs could be Paper maybe? But who is Pepper in this instance... The roles are super interchangeable.

If literally any of y'all recognize this pfp and/or username, hi hi hi!! I was checking what emails I had connected to accounts here (I distinctly remember making another account but I must've deleted it ig) and came across that one instead.

This (and other variations) was my user for many years before I changed it to my current user.

Now, there's literally nothing going on with that account at all besides this post I'm rbing, but still. I find it neat that I uncovered the account to begin with. A whole different era of my life, that of which is an empty slate on this site specifically. Also Harrison is my fursona, he has been for nearly 8 years now. He looks vastly different now than from that icon image, still brown and blue though. I like the color scheme a lot...

To be completely fair, I am mainly a Grian watcher. I think I watched other POVs for S8 for the overall lore, but I stick to Grian mainly. What 10 or so years of viewership loyalty does to a man.....

Doc is the villain but also he's so goofy. Take away his redstone skills, he'd be fumbling around in no time. Probably the same with Cobs actually... Take away his "innovation time"/tech skills, he's just another guy really.

Tubester Mumbo is so real... Also consider: robot child created in desperation to complete an overarching goal..... (Grumbot)

Paintbrush Tango..... Oh man... Really push the Red Haze from Life Series in the anger, and the creative drive from Dungeon Master Tango (and/or just his game creation in general). Also, Tango wanting to be seen as a competent leader only to be outshone by someone else.........

As a long-time Grian fan and an avid Taco enjoyer, I'm sorry to say that Scar would actually be Taco. I'll elaborate on that later. Bomb probably won't fit G either, but he probably would be Fan. It's a stretch, but it would tie Watcher stuff into it, especially since the Watchers are the audience personified! And Fan is the audience personified too!

Diggity and Kingsy! Love the idea of them being YinYang actually.... King is so brash and loud, while Ren is more often gentler. Their ideals conflict, but when they don't, they could get so much done. It's just a matter of how much King pushes for control....

Okay. Scar, Taco. Hear me out, hear me out here!! He's often overlooked because he overplays his cluelessness and his own disabilities, so he always goes under the radar and it's entirely part of his plan. He's goofy, he's "harmless", he can't keep himself alive when there is no threat of no respawn. Once you believe it in full, you've fallen for the perception of him that he wants you to have. He makes bad deals sound so amazing, he is dangerous not just by his bow but by his tongue too. Thinking s2 Taco equivalent would be Last Life Scar, alone on top of Magic Mountain, nobody wanting a true connection with him, only using him for lives to further their own game.

Joel as OJ is so real, but Etho as Salt and Bdubs as Pepper. Crazy triangle... Do you see it? Also Trendsetter Etho, Follower Bdubs....

Paper is up for interpretation still I suppose. If it were to include HermitGuests and/or Lifers, I would say maybe Jim as Paper? Or just go all out and say Lizzie and try and figure out how that works. But if not, I do not know who would be Paper....

Do I say Cabby is Cleo...... That one's debatable but I like Cabby and also Cleo is a badass and I think separately they'd get along. But also it just doesn't seem to fit together... Putting a pin on this in my brain.

I don't watch False but from what I see through other stuff I think she would fit Suitcase's role perhaps.

Skizz... Skizzleman himself. I do not see a world where he is separate from Impulse. Trying to conjure up duos in my brain that haven't already been taken... Would it be wrong to say Imp & Skizz as Silver Spoon and Candle? OH WAIT It would be funny and extremely perfect if they were Lifering and Tea Kettle. The Dads as The Sinkers Parents..... Lifering as Imp and Tea Kettle as Skizz.

I instinctively want to say Cub as Mic just for the Convex crumb trail, but Cub is literally the opposite of Mic. He is not at all loud and/or outspoken. He is quiet and meticulous in his planning and actions. I don't know where to place him exactly.

Joe Hills as Bow. No additional notes, that is it. (actual "additional notes": Jhost/Juppet. Also Joe seems like the kinda guy to accidentally sacrifice themself to save the world.)

That gives a weird twist to Grumbot actually if we go Grum is the Bot equivalent route.... Grumbot starting out as a Joe Hills robot? Hmmm... Lore wise that's pretty hilarious actually though so who knows.

The Octagon is Meeple/MeCloud/MeLife/however exactly you wanna interpret it (creation of a simulation world gone unstable, leading to the end of said world and the deletion/destruction of everything the Hermits have and know in said world)
