Can anybody help me out?

I have 5 reoccurring bills to pay or else my services will be turned off ($150). I also been having a Very upset tummy all day today & rn I would just love to stop this pain that’s killing me. I really need some tums. Or anything to fix my upset tummy. I have water but I might need to try eating something light

I feel dizzy and nauseous asf !! I keep running in and out the bathroom. Maybe I have a stomach bug or ate some bad food. I’m not sure at all. I just know I don’t have a fever. So that’s a good thing and I’m hoping it’s just a bad case of an upset tummy. I think it’s not Covid related, but it’s better safe to be sorry.
