Andrew doesn't care about the name minyard. The only reason he took it in the first place is because that is his brother's name. Aaron also doesn't care about the name once he comes to terms with how his mother treated him. When aaron and katelyn get married, aaron talks to andrew about changing his name to katelyns last name and of course andrew says do what you want. Fast forward to the wedding. Andrews gets up to give the best man speech and he just holds up a piece of paper and says. My last name is also mackenzie now. And sits back down.

Cat twists her ankle during practice, nothing serious. Jean examines it critically. As she goes to stand up to limp out of there, Jean scoops her up princess-style in front of everyone's wide, wide eyes.

Cat lets herself be picked up, joking about being squeezed into strong French muscles, and sticks her tongue out at Jeremy.

Jean releases her onto the bench, where the medical team tends to her. Jean returns to the court.

Suddenly, half the team is on the court floor because they've had an accident (or a massive stroke, those idiots).

Jean looks for his captain to tell him to get his players in order.

Jeremy is on the floor beside him, looking at him with those eyes he sometimes makes when he wants Jean's attention, blinking a lot.

"I'm hurt so bad, I can't move."

Jean sighs, slow and deep.

imagine being such a good boykisser that the boy who never wants to kiss anyone thinks he could die happy after spending his last days on earth having the privilege to kiss you and the kicker is, he means this literally bc he's certain he'll die, and then he almost does. not only that, but you're such a good boykisser that after said boy is tortured and almost killed and left extremely injured, one of his top sources of anxiety is that you might not kiss him again. genuinely no one was doing it like andrew minyard.

After the ravens-foxes game in TGR, Andrew and Neil are in Abby’s office and alone for a second as she went to go grab something and Neil is worried Andrew hurt himself further by intervening to keep them from hurting Neil further and Neil says “you promised to let me fight my own battles” (their conversation before he got taken after the game by Lola when Andrew ended their deal). And Andrew looks his ass straight in the eye and says “if it means losing you, then no”
