Didn’t get too far tonight. Just refined some forms and messed with proportions a bit. I still feel like I get way too tight in my rendering too early.
Still really proud of this, for many reasons- not used to painting with uplighting, or even without a reference for that matter. I’m digging the purple though, even though I hated it at first...

A study of a particular dress from a collection by Paolo Sebastian, F/W 2015. You can see in the last image of the WIP gif that I finally bothered to flip the image and adjusted the facial proportions with the liquefy tool. Her left arm is still funky and she has ghost feet, but meh... I'm done.

I haven't painted digitally in a cool minute (coming up on like... 9 months to a year?) But after following a bunch of artists on Instagram I really wanted to draw something with skulls. (MAJORLY influenced by TFail, including the color palette) Direct observation for a mink skull I had laying around.
