Did you ever read the Time Cruisers comic?

It shows a lot of Lego-characters in non-lego form, and that's pretty much what you do.

I've not gotten the chance to read it but I've seen a bunch of the designs that have come out of it haha I don't tend to dabble in time travel for my stories, but I've nothing but respect for the ancient texts tm for being among the OGs of non-LEGO form characters

Yuno Nightshade, member of the Paradox faction and protector of the slums of Ninjago City.

From the rise of the Darkitect to the return of the Chaotic Faith, Yuno's witnessed many of the struggles faced by the Nexus Force. It was after this when she swore to avenge her fallen friend and protect his hometown of Ninjago City.

Finding friendship with certain figures of the city, and even love in the form of Rin Valentine, Yuno would end up witnessing the universe's next crisis, the Merge.

And where there's a crisis, the Nexus Force will answer the call once again.

When the Merge came to be, Dr. Albert Overbuild and the Nexus Force made it their immediate mission to help any and all of those who were affected by it, establishing refugee camps and providing with care, food, and any treatment needed at the Crossroads near Ninjago City.

It was no shock that many of the misplaced would wish to join their efforts too...

But just as it brought people from all over, it brought its own threats too. Creatures, monsters, and corporations who would exploit the victims of this new crisis.

The Nexus Force is spread thin across the universe in the efforts to work around the Merge, and with the Ninja who protect Ninjago gone, Dr. Overbuild needed new heroes to step up, much like he and the rest of the Force once did during the Rise of the Darkitect.

Heroes who no matter what they endured, or what they might've lost, are still willing to fight for this new world they can call home. True members of the Nexus Force.

Led by Albert himself, thus are the Protectors of the Crossroads born.

Hiya Lie is an Engineer of the Assembly, and Dr. Albert Overbuild's new protégé.

The prodigy of Shintaro, despite having the drive and skill to make her kingdom better, was always dismissed by Vangelis' guard. And when Queen Vania took over, she'd be too occupied fixing the damages done by its former tyrant.

But after the Merge led to Hiya meeting Dr. Overbuild, he saw the dreams of creation in her eyes, an eagerness he so distinctly remembers from his own youth.

Perhaps she too will amount to greatness...
