Gray would probably lose his grips if someone put an arm around his waist, like he'll straight up avoid you later, but he will be glued for a second then remembers that he has a reputation to maintain.

Juvia would be her neck, specifically her nap ( is this how they call it? It's below the back hair or something) if someone grabs her back neck or just caress it softly, she would FALL in that person's arm, well not literally fall but she will definitely blush, and she won't do anything against it because she loves it, it's like a turn off button lol.

Once Juvia learned about Gray's soft/sensitive spot when he was just chilling in his own space and she came behind him for a surprise back hug but dude just went flat on her arms, Juvia panicked because she thought he was dying, but he assured her that he was far off from dying, he was enjoying her touch a bit too much, but that was in their pre-relationship, now Gray just lays on Juvia's chest with his back like a child.

Gray on the other hand, learned that by Cana, because she was the one who accidentally found out about it and then proceeded to tell Gray because apparently it was adorable and Gray needed to know, pre-relationship Gray ACTED as if he didn't care but he low-key wanted to try it out, Relationship Gray tries it by giving her a soft squeeze and her shrieking cause that was out of nowhere, and that amused Gray so much, he doesn't miss a day where he steals a kiss behind her neck, Juvia finds it adorably pleasing.

Ugh idk if this is corny or not, but at least I'm happy about it 😩 I hope you liked it too!

Gruvia Week 2024 Day 5 - Guarded

I finally finished my Gruvia week Day 5 (Guarded) piece after a little over a month from April 5th! This took me a while since there were so many things I haven’t ever done before in an art piece like rainforest environment, stone, lion fur, and wings. I hope I did them justice.

Wouldn't be funny if one day Gray proposes to Juvia in a dangerous mission?

Like Gray thinks that things might turn to worse and panics that he will never see Juvia again or he will see her dead again, so he proposes so they both have a stronger will to get out from the freaky mess they are in.

Gray hiding behind a rock with Juvia by his side, he looks at her state and his heart drops a bit, she looks so tired she could possibly faint at any moment, her face is bloodied and her hands are shaking from the amount of magic she used, he can't lose her here, not like this, not when they are together and have a big future waiting for them.

"Juvia" he called out to her, not looking at her eyes, he can see that she turned to look at him :" once we get out of here, let's get married"

Gray knows that she is left in a shocking state because surely Juvia had her own scenarios of marriage, heck she might even planned to propose to him herself, but Gray panicked and that's all he can give her unfortunately, she deserves to be proposed under a rainbow and a Romantic dinner and whatever her fantasy picture she has.

Gray was met with silence, except for the huge monster that is still chasing them and could possibly find their hideout if they don't have a plan to take him out, he was afraid she might say no.

"okay" she was keeping herself from crying based on her tone but she looked determined when Gray looked at her, he doesn't know why he was surprised but his heart is about to explode from his chest right at this moment.

She nodded " let's do it"

Gray broke from his shocked daze and grabbed her face between his hands :" okay" he replied, locking their gaze together for a moment.

He gave her a kiss or what he assumed their last kiss if they don't make it alive, but he hopes they do, they have a marriage to plan anyways.

Gray let out a breath of relief as the crumbles of the building fell on top of the monster's corpse, leaving nothing but dust in the air.

He was lying down with Juvia on top of him, holding her so close that she might disappear if he let her go.

She was catching her breath as she wrapped her arms around his waist, and tightly tugged him to her.

She coughed.

"are you okay?" He asked, brushing her hair from her face as he looked down on her.

She nodded, assuring him that it's nothing major.

He planned a few kisses on top of her hair, after brushing the dust that caught on her blue waves.

They stood like that in their relief that they get to live another day together.

"so, we are getting married?" Juvia asked almost afraid that what he said was not real but based on the terrifying thought that they would lose each other.

But Gray knows truly how much he wants to be with Juvia, how much he needs her to be by his side no matter what, he loves her so much that he can't take his mind off of her if she disappears from his vision. It is a bit dramatic but it didn't matter, nothing mattered to him anymore except for Juvia.

"yeah, I want to" he paused " do you want to?" He didn't know if Juvia shared the same feeling as him, in case he scared her off.

"Juvia wants to" she replied, much to Gray's relief "very much"

Gray chuckled lightly, it was very silly and very ridiculous of him to think of marriage while fighting a monster on the verge of their death.

For now, he can just enjoy the warmth of Juvia's body and the steadiness of her heartbeats.

Idk why I turned it into a small one shot but I did, it's 1am btw and I'm in need of sleep :)

Gray bit the inside of his cheek, trying not to make it obvious as he glared across the classroom. His eyes focused on Juvia, who sat way in the front...right next to Natsu.

How the teacher didn't see either of them passing notes back and forth, he had no idea. His lip twitched every time he watched their fingers brush against the other, the pen in his hand surely about to crack in half.

That idiot never liked to pay attention in class, worse now that Lucy was stuck in a different class. Last year all that slanty-eyed idiot did was flash a dopey smile at her, distracting them both from their lectures.

While the rest of their friends were across the hall, he was stuck watching his worst nightmare unfold. Juvia shouldn't give that idiot the time of day.

"Quit bothering Juvia."

"Who said I was bothering her?" Natsu threw a sideways glance as he bit into his yakisoba sandwich. Gajeel scooted back in his seat, keeping himself out of the path of Gray's glare.

"You're distracting her in class; I'd say that's bothering her." He huffed, clicking his tongue under his breath.

"She's the one who passed me a note first," The pink-haired student rolled his eyes. "If you're so bent, just tell her you like her already. I'm allowed to talk to my friend if I feel like it."

Gray squished a riceball in his fist, fuming as Natsu went on to enjoy his lunch without worry. Of course trying to talk sense into an idiot wouldn't work.
