First time seeing you There weren’t many customers on the night shift, the exceptions being adults with crazy schedules or bored teenagers who made their pets an excuse to go out. You, on the other hand, were an exception among exceptions. Finding a starved stray kitten on the streets on your way home made your heart sink, and you took it without hesitation. You wrapped the kitten in a hug and rushed for its life, knowing there was a pet shop right down the street, near a vet facility.

“Good night, how can I help you?” Jake was strolling through his phone when you came up. Despite his welcoming tone, he didn’t look at you at first, only caring to meet your eyes when he heard you panting – and boy, oh boy, how gorgeous you are. He even dropped his phone on the desk, palms sweaty and face reddening.

“I… I need to feed this little one here, asap,” he could swear he saw the stars in your eyes.

It took him a minute to start moving around the shop to get what you needed, he was so mesmerized by your appearance. He kept looking at your face while you caressed the animal, only looking down to his feet when you caught him staring. With a flirtatious smile, he crouched down to touch the kitten’s head.

“Pretty boy/girl like you… such a shame you like cats.”

Personality/Traits

Don’t get fooled by his sweet words, caring actions, and physical affection. He may be a sweetheart to his friends and you, but he has his short limits with people (and trust me, you don’t wanna see this boy mad).

Will use the rescued kitten you keep bringing to the clinic next to the shop to see and talk to you.

It wasn’t long until he had your phone number, which he asked with the sweetest smile, knowing you wouldn’t say no.

He’s always so worried about you and your well-being. Buys you food, sends you morning and night messages (might keep you talking to him the whole day), shows up at your place randomly claiming that he was worried you’d be skipping meals due to stress – you were pretty sure you didn’t send him your address, but what could you say?

At first, you thought he was just a protective best friend. He’s relieved you didn’t realize his murderous glare at the customer flirting with you the other day. He’s also happy you didn’t miss that coworker that kept buzzing you.

In addition, he randomly sends you photographs of clothing he thinks you’ll like and asks what size you want it (don’t even dare mention money to him, he’ll stop you immediately).

Jake wants to watch every single movie release with you. He prefers to have you come to his house rather than go to the movies, so he can be close to you while sharing and learning your favorite genres, tv shows, and actors/actresses.

☆·˚｡- YEJI and you got accepted as trainees in the same company around the same time but didn’t know of each other’s existence till one day you were put in the same experimental group. you could feel her eyes on you while you were dancing, but though she was just analyzing your abilities as she was the leader of the group and responsible for making your performance acceptable.

when the group finished the lessons for the day, she went to your side while you gathered up your things, her hands shaking as she hadn’t had the chance to talk to you alone yet. she introduced herself properly and complimented you numerous times, later on in the conversation saying how she wanted to be close friends in the future. she was more than happy when you reacted positively, not knowing what was truly going through her mind.

“i’m happy we get to practice together every day.”

☆·˚｡- LIA has gone to her father’s company one day when he insisted it was time for her to start learning the way business worked. you were one of his employees that kept his schedules in order, which meant you were one of his closest coworkers. that fact made you feel nervous when you heard about lia’s visit, you got along pretty well with your boss, so you felt almost obligated to be the same with his daughter.

when she finally arrived, you were starstruck with her looks. her confidence over the top made you feel small being in the same room as her initially, but it all went down when she started talking to you. she had such a loving personality, and the experimental day working with her couldn’t have gone better, her willingness to learn making it all easier. at the end of your shift, she made sure to thank you directly and express how much she loved working with you.

☆·˚｡- RYUJIN had been working with photography most of her life, dedicating everything to it. she had seen many beautiful landscapes and breathtaking people along her way, but nothing had prepared her for the day she first saw you. she was randomly walking through the city, looking for inspiration in the modern tall buildings. seeing someone walking with a red umbrella made it for her, the color contrasting with the grey of the streets and monochrome of people’s clothing. she could already picture the elegant portrait on her wall.

that someone was you. you had no idea you were being photographed while walking to meet your friend a few quarters away. you would probably freak out at the idea of being followed and photographed at the same time, which is exactly what ryujin has done. but to her, she was just getting inspired and following that inspiration.

it got you surprised when a stranger with a huge camera approached you randomly on the sidewalk, asking if you could be the center for some pictures. you never modeled in your life, but seeing the enthusiasm in that stranger’s face made you consider the idea positively. when you agreed to it, she gave you a smile and an okay sign with her hand.

“you look amazing, don’t worry.”

☆·˚｡- CHAERYEONG and you went to the same dance company, you being a beginner whereas she’s been on the company for years, known as one of the best dancers of theirs and your main inspiration. since you were still inexperienced, you didn’t get many chances to be in the same classes with her, but one day, when you finally got the opportunity to do a presentation with the main group, you got to be mentored by chaeryeong herself, the one choreographing most of your dances.

after your lesson with her, she asked you to stay a bit longer, wanting to give you some tips and advice. once she has finished, you felt comfortable telling her you looked up to her and expressed your admiration, not sparing compliments. she couldn’t stop smiling at you, her shy way being long forgotten. it made your day when she asked to hug you, both of you ignoring your sweaty clothes and laughing when she apologized for being stinky.

minutes before the classes started, she took you to a hidden spot in the school garden, explaining it was her favorite place to come whenever she felt stressed or needed a calm place to study.

“i hope we can come here together to study, i like your presence!” her confidence froze you in place, which only made her smile even bigger. she enlaced her arm with yours and kept chattering while guiding you to your class, showing her friendly side to you. little did you know, the innocent look on her face was just an act to hide her true intentions with you.

tw/warnings: mention of blood, a tiny bit of manipulation. i kinda made it like a part 2 of this other short, and it isn't as yandere as it was supposed to be, so sorry.

"Did you miss me? I missed you." Jay ran one of his palms down your cheek, tightly cupping your face so you couldn't take your eyes off him.

You merely murmured something, not very interested in any events of your boyfriend's day, let alone extending the conversation.

"What did you do while I was away? Looked for any better hiding spots?" You couldn't help but scoff at him, his sarcastic remark doing nothing to warm you up to him.

"I was thinking about how annoying you are."

"Awn, you thought of me. Cute," he offered you an eye smile, already expecting you to brush him off. Before you could pull any further away from him, he grabbed your hands pulling you out of the closet. "Come on, I wanna cuddle."

Trying to break free of him, you recklessly threw your weight back, and, as you were drawn back into his body again, you lost your balance and took steps backward, forcing your head to hit the door.

You felt the pain of the strike rippling through your skull, your vision blurring and impact causing you to not notice when Jay sat you down. You couldn't contain tears, becoming even more irritated when you saw a few splatters of blood trickling down Jay's fingers from the hand that reached the back of your head.

"N-no, no, no, shhh, you're okay, baby, I promise," his shaky voice uttered, seeming to want to convince himself more than you despite the scolding tone. "I would never hurt you. If anything, you've brought this on yourself."

After a whole week of being forced to do so, you were sick and tired of Jay's clinginess. If all the crazy shit he's done to get you wasn't enough to set you off, now, more than ever, he became more demanding of your attention and affection, draining you of any patience or willingness to cooperate with him.

That's why you found yourself hiding in the closet of a spare room a few minutes before his arrival from work when he'd be the neediest for your presence and contact. You weren't in the mood to put up with him today, and hiding seemed like the best option for a few minutes.

"I'm home!" You made out his muffled voice, which just added to your despise.

After a few seconds, you heard some shifting and stomping.

"Love?"

With the sound of doors slamming against the walls, heavy footsteps came and went through the house. He called after you again, wondering if you tried to flee (which you hadn't since no window or door appeared to be damaged).

So, as he mulled over possibilities in his head, Jay came up with the only plausible alternative his deranged mind could think of.

"Baby, why are you hiding? Is this a game?" You sighed, rolling your eyes. How could he be so ridiculous? "Are we playing hide and seek? Okay, well, when I find you I get a prize!"

You sighed again, exhausted at the thought of when he'd find you in that closet. He probably wouldn't take long, a closet isn't exactly the best option you had. But because you weren't going to get much quiet time anyhow, the location didn't really matter.

When Jay entered the room, you accepted the end of your moment of peace. He took slow steps to the closet and dared to softly knock on the door with his fingers, pretending to think.

At least he's in a good mood, you thought.

With a proud hum, Jay opened the closet door and bit his bottom lip at the sight of you.

"There you are." He smirked and caged you in between his arms, and just as he tilted his head to have a better view of your face, you knew you were in for a long night.
