booted up my old bg3 playthrough again bc i wanna reach the end of the game at least (i got overwhelmed bc there was a lot to do in act 3)
went and killed cazador
picked the wrong dialogue options with astarion. he didn't ascend and then he kept all the other spawn trapped and then he yelled at me and ran off
get back here boy
time traveled into the past (reloaded my save) and did it again
he yells at me and runs off AGAIN
RELOAD
i didn't fuck my playthrough by encouraging him to ascend earlier in the game right??? i was trying to do a slowburn redemption thingy for my tav

pick correct dialogue options. he stays and we free the vampire spawn. thank god.

the scepter program is called δ-me13.exe. A .exe file is windows specific, which means that this astral computer runs Windows. This of course explains exactly why its so fucked up. Destruction and corruption and hatred are the only things Windows OS has ever known
