happy 612! in honor of the occasion, i managed to finally finish a homestuck lineup…

it’s my humanstuck, but i put them each into different distinct eras/niches of semi-recent american history. i felt like it. they're all 16/17 here, as they are usually.

i took most of their outfits straight out of media from each respective era (tweaking a few colors here and there), so i hope they’re accurate enough. let me know if they are, and whether or not you can tell what everyone’s supposed to be.

this was really fun, and i do really want to do the humans next. i’ve already given most of them their assignments, so it’s just a matter of drawing and coloring them…

Do you have any tips on creating TF OCs??? Yours are FANTASTIC and I’d love to have some design advice from a professional artist! 😁😊

As for tips in creating TF OCs... I think I can help with that 1. Personally, I often start by searching an alt mode or draw the alt mode before designing the bipedal form

2. I dissect the alt mode with lasso tool

3. I draw a simple mannequin and slap the parts on it (have fun using the transform tool or cut some more pieces!)

With that, I should have a general idea of what my bipedal design should look like and I proceed to draw it (and add some more stuff and detail) Hope that helps!!
