My trauma
I have two traumas. One is when I was in college and the other one when I was working in the hospital.
In college, I promised to myself that I would be friendlier to other people. So I did, I tried to be noisy and approached anyone as possible. However since I was young and somehow adapted my old bad habits, most of what I think are “my friends are” talked to me as a group. I was shocked and tried to be sensible to them as I can. Yeah, they have a good reason. However, what happened to me before makes me always think that I might say something bad to them. ALWAYS. I lost the confidence to approach others and choose to be quiet until I finished my college. I only choose few people whom I can mingle. And my communication skills didn’t improve back then.
In the hospital, I was being forced to tell my diagnosis “depression with mild anxiety” no need meds. Only when it is necessary back then. I already consulted three doctors and it seems I get easily burned out somehow. I told few people but because it didn’t reach to the managers, they are forcing me to. My reason not to tell is because I don’t like being treated as a patient, unstable person, feeling people care but don’t feel like they are real. I like how it is. This is the start why they are freaking me out almost everyday. Some say they are curious about me since I am quiet and someone told me over so people get to know few things about me. But since I’m hiding my personal struggles, I feared that people may know and they did, based on verbal cues. I don’t like to discuss about it any personal struggles in work but people are pestering me until it causes an impact to me. This is the start how those trainings or therapy or whatever they are doing. Funny I keep remembering this particular job whenever I’m sensing the similar treatment.
I did try to admit myself to other companies about my diagnosis but it doesn’t stop there. It’s still continuous.

To be honest, pagod nako. Parang everything i do is end up for nothing. Nakakapagod na dumanas ng ganitong eksena gusto ko na mag-build sa sarili ko para makapagmahal nako sa iba. Gusto ko na magmahal pero alam ko sa sarili ko inde pako ready. Takot ako...inde dahil sa possible sakit mraranasan ko takot ako baka maging burden ako sa knya. Takot ako na baka msakal ko xa sa mga bagay na auko gwen sa knya pero nangyayare. Takot ako baka inde ko xa kaya suportahan sa pangangailangan nya kaya everytime may nirereto sakin di ko sineseryoso dahil hindi nla alam ang pinapasok nila.
