Where I’ve been!

I did not expect this blog to blow up as it did, it’s like it happened over night! Thank you all for the support! I see people have recommended my blog and such and I feel so honored!

Another Post-Stealing Twitter Account

I want to preface this post by saying do not harass this individual. Regardless of what they're doing or any beliefs they hold, harassment is not the answer and is never morally okay.

With that out of the way, I've come across a Twitter user that's reposting content from multiple users across multiple social media platforms with no credit in any way, shape, or form. They've been doing this for around a year now and I doubt it's going to stop.

The thing about Twitter is that, to get posts like this taken down, anyone stole from would have to Copywrite their posts and then file a DMCA, rather than just reporting misattribution. As far as I'm aware, doing so is free and relatively easy, especially in clear-cut and massive cases like this.

I am unsure about whether or not flags can be copywritten, nor what can be done(if anything) if the definition's been changed, but it never hurts to try. They, unfortunately, rip a lot of their definitions from the LGBTA Wiki, causing a lot of definitions to be different from the original, so a lot of posts will be unreportable if changed definitions changes what you can do.

The users I know for sure have been stolen from are: @gendernasiterna, MOGAI-Monarchs, @neopronouns, @pupyzu, @snowymogai, @cinnamogai, @orientationgender(specifically a post from the sleepygender blog), @beyond-mogai-pride-flags, and @mogai-guy

There are likely others, but they've done this a lot and it would take an unreasonable amount of time to go through and find who(at least on Tumblr) coined every term they've ripped without credit, so I just went with terms I knew the coiner of pretty immediately. However, if any of you recognize any of their reposts as being from a user I didn't list, please comment or reblog with their username- I'll add them to the list.

glitchgender - generally vague and non specific. often can be fluid, detached, missing, and/or confusing- feeling accurately represented by glitches/tv static. also can just be genders related to tech glitches and malfunctions in general.*

mental illness can be a big factor for being glitchgender, likely with the episodes from the illness strongly affecting the feeling of the gender. (but not required)

🌻scene system🌻

i’d like to introduce one of my favorite gender systems, the scene system, to tumblr! i coined all of it on the LGBTA wiki but since the mogai scene is more active on tumblr i wanna introduce it to more people :DDDDD a lot of people on the wiki have identified with its genders so i think more people would too :)))))))

i’m moving my coinings for the system to tumblr now so if you have any requests for the scene system, feel free to send them in! i currently am working on over 130 new terms for the system though so i’m a bit backed up for it atm.

the scene system is a system of specific scenegenders, or genders that can be described more by complex “scenes” instead of an object, aesthetic, or concept. examples could be genders based on mountain sunsets, a starry sky over a pond, or any other kind of specific “scene” that has a complex feeling only describable by specific scenes and contexts :DDDDD

here’s a few examples from the system so you can understand more what kind of genders are in this system :DDD (i coined all of these like a month and a half ago, i’m just adding them here for examples, these are not new coinings, all definitions are copy-pasted from their LGBTA wiki pages.)

Roilaric: A gender tied to being robotic in some way. It may feel as though it is processed similarly to a computer, machine, or lines of code. It can often be tied to gender apathy, but it does not have to be.

Roilaric can be described as “gender apathy in a robotic way” for some; users might feel like their gender is not important, or is unable to be contextualized in a human way. It may also (or alternatively) be more of a modifier, and feel as though the way gender is processed is robotic, for example through a computer, machine, code, or other technological way.

It may sometimes be tied to robotic aesthetics, cyberpunk, and technology in general. It may also be a nostalgic gender, related to retro sounds and technology (for example: synthwave, arcades, and neon lights.)

Roilaric was originally made with schizo-spec people in mind, but it is not exclusive to them. As such, it may be a neurogender for some users. For instance, it may be tied to negative symptoms or delusional attachment(s).

The term roilaric comes from ROILA, the first spoken language created specifically for talking to robots.
