This is a fundraiser to help earn money for the upcoming formalstuck! We will be having concessions, a raffle, artists, and other activities such as pie throwing to help fundraise!  [Menu and costs on Facebook event page] Other than that, it is a simple meetup where you can come and enjoy the many games and activities we will be having. Rules- -These are pretty simple. Be considerate and respectful to the others there and the park itself.  -Please, no gray paint!! There's going to be a lot going on and we don't want paint everywhere. Paint of the face is allowed. -Don't steal from us or others, please. Thank you. - Pretty much show typical meetup etiquette.

Coming Together

Currently the event is coming together. 

We are reserving a place specifically for the event since it will be cold and we do not want anyone freezing and possibly getting sick. 

Certain aspects of entertainment, catering, and decorating are being handled very well.

The event will already outdo the previous one. 

We are looking forward to the event and hope you are as well.

2013 Winter Formalstuck locations

We just had our Promstuck, which was a success. Now we will be trying to decide our city location for the 2013 Winter Formalstuck, so we can get everything together earlier and make it even better than our last event.

Today is Promstuck!

We are looking forward to see everyone there!

We will be meeting at the blue picnic tables, located next to the open field next to the pond. 

Our doors will be open at 4PM for anyone who is arriving early. Please do not forget your $5.00 Admission Fee.

We will begin packing up at 8:45PM, but we will be there until 9PM.

STAFF MEMBERS PLEASE COME TO THE POND 1PM-1:30PM PLEASE.

The event is this Friday!

A casual reminders to those who are attending, the event is this Friday! There is an optional time extension, so you may stay from 4:30PM-9PM. 

DO NOT FORGET THERE IS AN ADMISSION FEE OF $5.00

This money helps pay back our staff, who put all of this together with the money from their pockets. 

We are also in need of a caterer and an entertainment manager. Thank you!
