Synopsis Animal Farm

The story of Animal Farm is well known by all of us. Napoleon and Snowball were the leaders, they ruled the farm, because they were pigs, the most intelligent animals, with the best memory, but what if it wasn’t like that? How would it be if the revolution was led by the horses, the most loyal and hard-working animals on the farm? How would it be if Boxer hadn’t died? What if he was the leader? What would the commandments be like? What about the song Beasts of England?

Loyal Horses of England

Beasts of England, Horses of Ireland,

Beasts of every land and clime,

Hearken to my joyful tidings

Working all day and night

Soon or late the day is coming,

Tyrant Man shall be overthrown,

And the fruitful fields of England

Shall be trodden by beasts alone.

Sweat shall appear in our noses,

And the harness from our back,

Bit and spur shall rust forever,

Cruel whips no more shall crack.

Working more than the mind can picture,

Wheat and barley, oats and hay,

Clover, beans, and mangel-wurzels

Shall be ours upon that day.

Bright will shine the fields of England,

Of the Golden future time.

No animal shall sleep without the work done.

All animals are equal.
