help a disabled artist get medical treatments

the situation:

back in 2015 i developed a slipped disk due to my desk job that i had at the time. it was so bad that i had to get it surgically treated. ever since then, my back has been on an off sometimes bad sometimes good, which is normal as i was told at the time. however, lately it started getting worse an worse without any breaks between flare ups to the point i can't sit for longer than 5 minutes at a time, i can barely walk, and doing chores or even going outside is excruciating!, so i went to an MRI and the situation is this: i likely have a slipped disk again.

due to this back pain, heart problems, throat problems (brought on by working 10 years in a call center), mental health issues (i experienced burnout so bad i had to go to a psych hospital to save me), working has been impossible for me, and likely will remain so for a long time.

we've consulted with a specialist who thinks surgery is not necessary at this time, but he recommends a round of medication and physical therapy. the meds aren't expensive, but the physical therapy is - at ~120lv per session. we don't know how often i'll need it yet, but most likely twice a week for a month, which makes it about 1000lv total, which is around 500Eur/usd. i do not have this money. my family has agreed to help me, but they've been covering my medical expenses my entire life.

i need help to cover this - i want to pay back at last half of this to my family who have relentlessly supported me financially for years and years regardless of my age or how pricey something is.
