03 - Nana and Shoji, Love's Whereabouts

10/12/2018 / Renewed an expired library card and went a little crazy. Had to leave a lot behind T_T because I didn’t have a second bag to carry everything back home.

- NANA / My main priority at the moment. I started the anime not too long ago and I’ve become obsessed with it. I am so emotionally invested at this point that I had to pick up some of the manga as well. Especially since I’ve heard that there are some differences.

- Land Of The Lustrous / This is a series/anime that I finished recently. I’ll admit that I’m kind of 50/50 on it. There were moments that I genuinely enjoyed and thought were amazing but others kind of felt a bit stale. Which is why I decided to pick up some of the manga. I thought it might help me form a stronger opinion.

- Monthly Girls’ Nozaki-kun / I absolutely loved this anime back when it originally aired so I had to pick some of the manga. I’ve already managed to read 2/4 volumes that I picked up and I am incredibly satisfied so far. It’s really interesting to see what jokes/skits didn’t get animated because I honestly think most of them are hilarious.

- BARAKAMON / Despite having loved the anime (+ re-watched it an ungodly amount of times) I remember flipping through a volume in the past and not being wild about the art style. But I am older and wiser(???) so I picked it up again, to give it a proper chance this time.

- One Punch Man / I ended up dropping the anime (THREE TIMES T_T) yet for some reason, I can’t put the manga down? I love Saitama??? He’s so entertaining and endearing??? A couple months ago, I read the first three volumes via an app on my phone and loved them so much that I couldn’t pass up the opportunity when I saw them at the library.

- Ouran High School Club / The second anime that I ever watched.  Mainly picked up for the nostalgia.

I JUST WATCHED THE FIRST TWO EPISODES OF The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel AND I ALREADY FREAKING LOVE MIRIAM???? I LOVED HER WITHIN THE FIRST TEN SECONDS???? I COULD LISTEN TO HER TALK FOREVER???
