I honestly cannot remember where I read this (and please let me know if you know who it was) but the most profound thing I have ever encountered about feedism is:
“Your fear of gaining weight is your fear of losing privilege”
There is no feedism without fat liberation.

I think there a solid number of trans folks who are into feedism bc it lets us have some more control over our bodies and a way of experiencing our bodies sexually in a less dysphoric way.
Also, there's the gender affirming side of it...where being fat can alternatively feel more feminine in a soft, curvy way OR more masculine in a big, voracious, powerful way

As your body grows, you need to pay more attention to it. Be gentler with it.
You need to start devoting more time just to moving around. Pay more attention to all the rolls and hidden folds when you shower; they can get sweaty. Be suddenly more aware of all the undersides and side rolls that can peek out of your clothes.
Sometimes, you need to stop, catch your breath, take a break. Nurse your large body back to health, restore its energy levels with gentle care. Refuel it often with delicious food and drink.
As your body grows, you become more sensual. Caressing your own fat, gently rubbing your belly, grabbing at the rolls, sinking your fingers into the plushness. You are slower, almost regal. In the beginning, this is a necessity; with time, you grow to love it.
As your body grows, you are more and more in love with it.

I also want to add that most feedists grew up shrouded in diet culture and have the same traumas around food and weight that we all do. the only difference is that we had feelings about it that we couldn’t understand and therefore felt wrong and backwards on top of the regular fatphobic trauma.

It's basically inevitable that I'll get huge. The way I'm pampered and spoilt? Whatever treat I desire, delivered right to me; discouraged from lifting a finger, whenever possible. I'm too soft, too much of a princess for that kind of thing. My responsibility is to look pretty and to have another bite. Even at work I'm growing more sedentary; all the physical labour I used to do has fallen away, and more and more of my time is spent sitting. You can already see the effects, as my thighs spread out in my chair and my belly fills out my skirts. The gentle insistence that I keep a drawer full of snacks on my office doesn't help much, either. It's yet more fuel for me to keep expanding, slowly but steadily. Imagine what a little more insistence could do.

Not necessarily feedism related (maybe) but does anyone else feel the need to cook/prepare some big meal whenever you have company over?
The first thing I think of when family or friends come by is "what am I going to make for them?"

I know that I weigh about as much as two skinny people put together, but I still don’t feel that fat? Like, I still have a long way to go before I’m *actually* fat. I’m just a little chubby. Right?

It's such a lovely feeling. It's safety in eating your fill and collapsing into bed where you're soft and feel adored. Just perfect. And you just have a hand on your tummy knowing you had a good end to a night.
Don't mind me just a mutual enjoyer. ♡♡♡
No, for real! It feels so nice.

It's not that I'm making plans or anything. I just know what I'm like. I see a skinny woman and I want to cook her a nice meal. To put some meat on those bones and ensure she'll survive the winter. Why would I expect to feel any differently about a woman I see in the mirror?

oh my goodness baby was that your tummy?
oh poor thing you sound so hungry, don't worry I'll make sure to fill you up as soon as we get home.
try not to think too hard about all that delicious rich food I'm going to fill you with, I can feel your stomach growling from my seat.
(inspired by a real conversation I had with my bf)
