Some characterization questions! What's a noble and admirable trait that Camden has, despite being a villain overall? || What's a fate that Camden would want for his worst enemy? What's a fate he would want for a person he cares about deeply? || Camden is the protagonist of the last movie you watched (or book you read, game you played, etc., you decide). What happens in the story now?

i am on mobile, so i will write this down and later on shrink it, because i cannot be bothered to format this while in massive pain.

Camden is quite polite / respectful and is exceedingly generous to the marginalized; (how is he a villain then) because the way of his means is wrong; but he definitely can act selfish upon, however he is charmingly cunning/generous to those who he sees worthy upon needing his help, he is a very gray character. he always brings himself to be noble, act noble, act very respectful - because he is perceived as Lord Camden. So to summarize : he is at his core- respectful / polite and definitely generous if he wants to be.

There is a v good scene in Foundation when Cleon makes a girl be completely wiped out of existence, not because he killed her, but because he killed all memory of her in history of her existence, he killed people that are around her and everyone she knew and completely wiped out her record, by cleansing her from other people’s memories; I think Camden is similar in a way, that his worst enemy- he’s going to seek out and try and make his enemy forgotten and be erased of mark that you leave upon this world. To be completely in the abyss of isolation and loneliness.

As for a person he cares deeply/loves/has familial feelings: he wants nothing but the life outside the known universe, a life in Andromeda, where there haven’t been humans to touch it and ruin it by their existence, where their loved one is not perceived in the evil eyes of humanity and hurt, even by him, he would sacrifice his own mutuality so that the person could live a happy life in a galaxy far away from this one. Untouched, unhurt, live in solace of goodness, even away from him. Utterly total heaven.

Well… last good movie I watched was Dune. Soooo he’d have to be Paul. Or the role of Paul, and I think in a lot of ways Camden is Paul, while Camden is not responsible for a thousand year war, Camden sure twisted some bricks in the known universe to make people’s lives misery out of his own life and upcoming history of his. I use Jacob Andersen for younger Camden, or to tell the story- more so. Camden like Paul has lost something dear to him- Paul lost his father/Camden would lose his entire home and family he had as a young man/but like a phoenix he rose from the ground up.
