It's the final... iteration. Doodle doo doo. Looked back at the old "final" headshot in Joy Ang's style and decided that I hated the rendering, actually. So, like any sane person would do, I went back into the drawing and redid the lines and shadows. Much less dreary looking now.

Redid Neon cuz I feel this fits his name better and I kinda need the color palette for a different dragon.

Ghoul's beloved twin sister Ghost, she's obviously also a night/icewing, she's much more distant and quiet than her brother, she's observant, clever and stubborn. She always curls her tail around Ghoul cuz she has anxiety and contact with her twin makes her feel calm. Both siblings paint a lot, especially together, they can communicate telepathically which makes that easier.

My Boy Neon is a Silk/Rainwing, he's clever, flirtatious and overall charismatic, his looks help with that obviously, but he speaks in a way that makes other wann listen to him. He can inject a venom that makes the affected area feel, tingly and later numb, he's a student currently and having the time of his life.

OGs may recognize Mosaic, he's Sea/Rainwing, he's one of my very first wof ocs and very similar to Neon in terms of personality but kinder and a little less flirtatious, his venom is also incredibly dangerous, it destroys the nervous system within minutes, he himself is immune to it and other venomous. He lived happily with his parents before attending the Academy and becoming a student there. He still regularly write letters to them.

they bleach as they age.

the dragonets are all dark green/blue/purple originally. this helps camouflage them from predators.

seawings in the deep palace tend to be darker colored, but the shallower water they live in, the lighter/more vibrant their colors will be.

seawings in the summer palace tend to be lighter or have brighter colors.

the royal family, that lives at the top of the palace, are frequently light/pastel with pink and white accents.

since tsunami has barely seen the sunlight, she’s very dark for a seawing.

Js imagining some pale ass old seawing judging tsunami for being wayyy too dark for her age, almost like a nightwing, or maybe the oldie is remembering back in her day, when they used to be raised in deeper water, and seeing tsunami and thinking ‘finally, a seawing who’s been raised right.’

But like it would be rlly cool if they bleached
