I dont like that so many people, both in the show and in real life, are acting like Octavia is some horrible person for her role as Bloodreina and the fighting pits.

On the Ark, people were executed for any crime. Not a good death either, they were sucked into space.

Then you have the Grounders who are savage. As the Sangedakru delegate pointed out, crimes were punishable by stoning to death.

So you have two factions that are known for their zero tolerance policies and brutal executions, but somehow Octavia is taking it too far?

Finn told Clarke (when setting up the meeting with Anya) that there were to be no weapons and in the end, told Clarke that all she needed to do was trust him. I don’t know about you guys, but the moment the Eligius prisoner fired his weapon, it reminded me of when Jasper fired the first shot during the bridge meeting.

Energy can neither be created nor destroyed; energy can only be transferred or changed from one form to another. So, say we die.. what if as soon as our 'soul' leaves our body, the soul is transferred into a baby that is about to be born. I read a theory that someone came up with saying that the reason why newborns cry as they enter our world is because they're remembering their past life and the ones they had to leave behind. Many people believe in soulmates, and since energy can neither be created or destroyed, then it would make sense for people to have met someone they've crossed paths with in their previous life because the energy that was once in someone they knew could have been passed on to someone else that they may meet in the next life. Energy is basically being given and taken in the form of life and that's why they call it the circle of life. Everything that goes around comes back around and the only thing that is changing is time.

Closing one door, and opening another..

As TVD ends, I also feel like I'm ending one chapter of my life and moving onto a new one. I mean, I'm transitioning from that teenage girl that binge-watched the first two seasons of The Vampire Diaries, to the point where I did an all nighter and had dark circles under my eyes, to a girl that doesn't even have time to watch any shows anymore because she is busy working. I didn't originally watch TVD when it started, but I started watching around the third season or so, so I invested 4 or 5 years of my life watching this. And, I went through everything with these characters.. I basically grew up with them. When I started watching this show, I was still a freshman.. pretty sure. And, now I'm graduated and still trying to find a place in this world. I'm working and I have job that pays me good and keeps me busy to the point where I don't have the luxury to stay home and be the teenage girl I used to be. I come home, and I'm too tired to do anything. I feel like I don't have all the time in the world to do anything but sleep and get ready for the next day. In a lot of ways, this show has showed me that blood isn't thicker than water. And, that friends are always important. Like Nina said, "Boys come and go, but friends are forever". I really felt that in my soul. Friends become family, and as long as you stick together, you can get through anything. But, it also shows the true bond between blood-related family too. No matter what, in the end, your family always has your back. I'm really thankful that Julie Plec brought this show to life, and I'm grateful for the amazing cast that brought these characters that we absolutely love to life. They don't understand just how much it helped change our lives. Because we can relate to these characters, it helped us get through whatever dilemma we had. And, this show as a whole taught us that no matter what we go through, sometimes we just have to keep going, because time doesn't stop. There may be times in our lives where we feel like everything is falling apart, but we have to keep going and live life. For me, personally, I want to thank Nina for bringing Elena's character to life. I really was able to relate to Elena, because in a lot of ways, she became the person she said she wouldn't become. And, I feel like with my current living situation (not living with my parents, but up north with my aunt and uncle), it has been giving me more opportunities to become someone I wouldn't have wanted to become a year ago, or just six months ago. My morals have changed drastically, and I don't think it's a bad change, I feel like it's a good one. Because, I'm basically becoming the truest part of myself that I never showed anyone. And, now I'm able to finally embrace it and I'm not sorry for it. And, with this change, the ones who still stick by me are the ones I can call my real friends and family. So, thank you Nina Dobrev! And, a big THANK YOU to the cast and crew for bringing this amazing show to life. It will forever be a huge part of my life, and it's sad to know that we won't be able to see more of it, but at least I can always go back and relive my teenage memories by rewatching the show on Netflix. ❤️❤️ TVD FOREVER.

Imagine this: ** before you start reading, go and listen to 'I Get To Love You' by Ruelle ** So, the girls siphoned Bonnie in 8x15, right? She has no magic, so it's probably the curse (that links her to Elena) that the girls were siphoning. Well then, Kai said that if they ever tried to find a way around it, both Elena and Bonnie would die. So, then that's why Bonnie is bleeding at the nose and falls down and because Bonnie is dying, so is Elena.. So, Damon and Stefan go in Elena's mind to make her think that she is waking (like shown in 8x16's trailer), but in actual real life, she is dying and that's why the song 'Dream' is playing, because it's just a dream for Elena. So then, you see Bonnie wake up and she sees Enzo. They're back in their cabin like it never burned down, and lights are lit everywhere like he decorated it for New Years. It's beautiful outside, the sun is shining down, a slight breeze and there's an aisle with everyone that's already crossed over sitting in white chairs, including Lexi, Jenna, John Gilbert, and Bonnie's Dad. Now, Enzo is standing at the front in a tux. Bonnie is walking down the aisle in a beautiful white lace wedding dress and the song 'I Get To Love You' is playing the entire time, and then when it gets to the bridge of the song- "They say love is a journey, I promise that I’ll never leave. When it’s too heavy to carry, remember this moment with me."... You see Bonnie and Enzo saying their vows, but you can only hear the music cause basically that is their vows. And, then when the song ends, they kiss.
