chapter 7…

is important, and i like that we’re given the information through laura telling the others what happened.

‘time passes’ is one of my favorite tracks from the ost.

it is however, very long. replaying the game multiple times, it sort of just feels like a hurdle to overcome.

i think it could be because a lot of the events has to happen each time. it’s a re-telling of the past, the only thing i’ve found that can impact the game later on is laura’s relationship with travis. none of them stand a chance of dying or anything.

it also takes place just as things are ramping up. nick just exploded, but lest reminisce some. i’m not sure what they could’ve cut, but i really do feel like it could’ve been shorter. or at least more eventful?

maybe it would’ve fit better at a different point in the game, but as it stands, it feels a little off to me

The second time i played the quarry, i got the “white wolf” achievement (i think that’s an achievement… if not, you probably know what ending i’m talking about).

And when they first started driving to the freak show ruins, i thought to myself “wouldn’t it be so sad if it turns out that silas has just been living there all along because he has nowhere and no-one else left after the fire”

Turns out, yes. That was so sad. i cried

Did i still kill him though? Yes. I was also scared.
