Holy shit. I think that might have been the worst moment of Supernatural for me to watch since Charlie. All of the other gutwrenching moments at least were somewhat justified. All of the deaths and sacrifices were for something. Even when Dean kicked Cas out of the bunker it was because he had to for Sam. But this was just Dean taking out all of his anger and hurt on the closest easy target and that’s just not OK. I love Dean, but you know what? He doesn’t deserve the love and sacrifice that Cas has given for him again and again and again. 

One day I want him to know even half of what Cas has done for him. I want someone to explain to him that Cas was tortured by Naomi using his face. I want him to learn that Cas gave up his literal eternity for Dean’s happiness. Cas has nothing left. His father is gone (and a dick), his family has rejected and tortured him, and the man that he gave everything for just told him that he is the reason for the bad things in his life. I can’t…. I’m just so heartbroken for Cas. He deserves everything and gets nothing.
