Teenagers and mental health
The second most cause of deaths by teenagers is suicide, normally taken by depression. According to ABP, the Brazilian Psychiatry Association, report that is the second most cause of death on teenagers with an increase of 40% between the years of 2007 and 2016. The main causes are virtual bullying, peer and social media pressure that leads them to low self-esteem.
Social media triggers the teen to comparison with famous people (and friends) by the way they look and live, leading to a bigger problem: eating disorders and self-mutilation. According to the National Eating Disorders Association, 10 million women battle bulimia or anorexia in the USA. These teens have ten times the risk of dying compared with same-aged peers. Another major problem is the self-mutilation, 2 million cases are reported every year and each year 1 in 5 girls self-injury themselves every year and carry on into their 20s.
But not only girls deal with peer and media pressure. 1 million men battles with bulimia and anorexia and 1 in 7 men also self-harm every year. Men have the pressure to be strong and fit, and also to like sports and to be more male.
Alcohol and drug abuse, unwanted pregnancy, low performance in school, isolation, bad hygiene and changes in their appearance are one of the signs to depression. To help and prevent suicide, call 188 or text and emailed CCV (Preservation of life center).

Other ways to commute
Because of the many problems in the big cities as traffic and polution, bike is one of the better ways to commute in todays world.
Bicycle is one of the greatest ideas to reduce traffic and improve the environment. Bike is very sustainable because it don't produce CO2, and with no need for gasoline is one of the cheapest ways to ride. It is one of the best ways to reduce sedentarism, one lf the biggest problems today, and also prevents cancer, diabetes, reduces 50% of cardiac diseases, and helps to control mind problems, like anxiety and stress, and can make you sleep better, researchs by Stanford University, said that the time of sleep of a sedentary person increases in 1 hour. Today in Brazil, we have tons of of systems to ride a bike, 1 to 5 reais an hour.
This also make you interact more with the city you live, too. Because you pay more attention to the view, and you can commute to work or school quickly. 
 Of course, this is not for everyone, because you will need a credit card and a cellphone to take that bikes and has the problem of safety. Especially in the place we live, but with careful, you can improve your body and the world.
