Introducing me

OH HEY! 

Basically I have no idea what this is or where on earth this blog is going to take me. But I said ah sure feck it, why not take my passion for writing to the internet and ramble on about nonsense to people who’ll take time out of their boring ould lives to read it. 

As you’ve probably realised if you don’t already know me (if you do I’m sure I’ve been harrassing you on facebook to give my first post a read and a share (PLEASE DO)) but my name is Sophie-Louise! Don’t call me that though, because that would be weird... No one calls me that. Let me try that again actually...

HELLO I’M SOPHIE

THAT’S ME^ 

For my first post I decided to be a common white girl and bore you with a nice fat and uninteresting Q&A. Get ready to be bored shitless and read about so many uninteresting fact about a boring ould Dublin girl with no life.

I had a lot of people send me on questions which is actually surprising because I have about 3 and a half friends and one of them is my dog :((((( his name is Humphrey by the way and he can infact sing when he’s asked, what a talent right?

So, here’s a list of questions and some attempts of answering them. See you on the otherside, if you make it there 

1. What is your biggest fear?

Honestly right now I could tell you that I have a horrendous fear of spiders or heights or even death... OR I could tell you the truth... MY BIGGEST FEAR IS BALLOONS. Yep, balloons. It’s a genuine fear with the title GLOBOPHOBIA and for some strange and perverted reason people LOVE to take the piss out of this fear but it’s absolutely and positively not funny and I want to crawl under a rock and rot away everytime I’m in the presence of one of them. Break the stigma around globophobia its a real things xoxo

2. What is your biggest regret?

My biggest regret so far in my life is wasting time on people who didn’t deserve it while not giving enough time to the people who did. OOOOOH GURL so deep I can see Adele rollin’. But yeah, I think everyone regrets that at a certain point. Wasting time you’ll never get back on people who end up disrespecting you while you could have given that time and effort to someone who really cares.

3. If you could do anything what would it be?

Honestly if I could do anything I’d give myself the motivation to get up and become a full time musician. It’s probably one of the hardest most frustrating and competitive industries and I genuinely couldn’t be arsed with the stress of it all. I’m very passionate and always have been about music and song writing and all that surrounds it but I wouldn’t be going into town knifing someone for a few euro in temple bar, WOULD YIS RELAX!

4. Favourite memory

Easy peasy! My grandad used to tuck me into bed at night (fucking cringe) and he used to sing me a song before I went asleep and I wouldn’t go asleep until he did. So I used to lie there and he’d sing Yellow Submarine by the beatles (Cringing for myself like). He’s not dead by the way so stop crying, he’s actually dead sound still up and running. He gives guitar lesson hit me up for a discount. But really, it’s just one of those things that I can always remember. Back in my days of innocence... Look at what I’ve become. 

5. How much do you love hash?
