Sometimes you really want to get things done but somehow it just does not work out. Sometimes you know that you should think less and do more but you cannot control the way you feel, so you feel blue anyway. Sometimes you want to be kind, mindful, present and the best version of yourself but something - no matter what it is - gets in the way. And that is okay, my love. I know you can easily end up being absolutely frustrated and disappointed in yourself. But you really should not feel that way. You are doing such an amazing job by trying. It is enough. You are enough. And with every day that passes you move closer to who you want to be and further from who you were. Do not be too hard on yourself, darling. You are doing so great.
