VUL is portable and transferrable, making it future-proof, as it can be used on VMware, Hyper-V, Windows, Linux, NAS, AWS, Azure, and other platforms. The price shown is the current Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) (MSRP). In Q4, 2014, the Veeam Cloud Connect platform for service providers will be released alongside Veeam Availability Suite v8 and Veeam Backup & Replication ® v8. In North America, pricing starts at $4.50 per month per virtual machine (VM). The platform is available to service providers in additional locations at local prices. Veeam Cloud Connect components, which enable Veeam customers to connect to offsite backup repositories, are included free of charge in all Veeam Availability Suite v8 and Veeam Backup & Replication v8 packages. When VCPs provision Veeam Cloud Connect from the Azure Marketplace, they can use their standard Veeam Cloud Connect license. Can Veeam backup physical servers:
Veeam Backup & Replication delivers protection, migration, and virtual conversion capabilities for Microsoft Windows platforms that are equipped to natively offer the entire range of Veeam’s protection and recovery capabilities. Endpoints, physical servers, failover clusters, and other Microsoft Windows workloads are all supported by Veeam Backup & Replication, which goes beyond the traditional data protection situations.
Organize, automate, and deploy Veeam Agents at scale in bespoke and adaptable protection groups to significantly decrease deployment and management procedures. To provide the performance needed to analyse server-extensive data sets, combine change block tracking (CBT), parallel disc processing, and storage snapshot integrations. Maintain agility and high availability without compromising data security. Veeam has what you need to succeed in recovery, from bare metal through apps and down to files.
Virtualized IT infrastructures are used by the majority of businesses today. Veeam assists them in maintaining and increasing the availability of important workloads on their systems. Due to a variety of issues, some physical servers and endpoints cannot be virtualized.
And may not be fully protected by using backup solutions designed for virtualized systems. As a result, common incidents such as network outages, hardware failures, file corruption, ransomware, and even theft can put an organization’s data in danger.
To use Veeam Backup & Replication to back up physical machines, follow these steps:
Make a security group
Individual machines or Active Directory containers are added to a protection group when it is created. Agents and other essential components are installed automatically on the computers in the protection group by Veeam Backup & Replication.
Make a backup job for Agent.
Create an agent job in the Veeam Backup & Replication console to back up the machines in the protection group. With Veeam Backup & Replication Update 3, Veeam has filled a gap: physical server backup. Veeam Backup & Replication can now manage physical server backups and backup virtual machines in the cloud. Veeam, as usual, has made the feature simple to use.

Best Way To Collaborate On Document:
Simul Docs, for example, is a specific application for working on Microsoft Word documents. Instead of sending the document by email, you can upload it to Simul and invite partners to update it. Collaborators can access the work in Word or Word Online and make changes with just one click.
Tumblr media
Each time they do, a new version made. The differences between them are displayed. Simul will create two copies of the document with each person’s modifications in each version, show you what changes each author made, and provide a means to merge them if two individuals open the document.
Use an intranet tool
Intranet technologies like Microsoft SharePoint have specialized collaboration features built-in that make working on Microsoft Word projects easier. When using a program like SharePoint, you have two options: Real-Time Co-authoring and Check Outs. Multiple people are working on the same document and their changes are visible to others in real-time.
That is known as real-time co-authoring.  Consider it a gigantic whiteboard on which everyone is working at the same time. When someone wishes to change a document, they ‘check it out,’ and everyone else barred from doing so. They check it back in and it becomes available for others to work on after the editor is finished.
Make use of a cloud storage disc that is shared.
Cloud storage services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and others are either free or affordable these days, and they sometimes come bundled with other services you may already be using (such as Google Drive with Gmail, or OneDrive with Office 365).
These services can be a useful method to do a basic collaboration on Microsoft Word projects if you have access to them. Rather than sending the document over email, upload it to your preferred cloud storage provider and grant access to the people you wish to collaborate with. All collaborators will be able to access it in one spot.
What is Cirrus Collaboration Platform?

Are Veeam backups encrypted?
Veeam Backup & Replication encrypts data blocks in the backup proxy, whether it is dedicated or default, and sends them to the backup repository encrypted. Encrypted data blocks are saved to a backup file on the backup repository. A data protection policy must always include data security and encryption. In other words, your backup data is a replica of your primary data, and in terms of privacy, they should be considered the same!
You may use Veeam Backup & Replication’s numerous encryption tools and encrypted jobs to keep your data safe and secure from unauthorized access. The backup job’s encryption is configured under the advanced job settings. To protect data in backup files created by the backup operation, you should enable encryption and specify a password.
The processes for processing a backup job with encryption enabled are as follows:
You give a backup job a password and enable encryption.
Veeam Agent creates the encryption keys required to safeguard backup data.
Veeam Agent encrypts data blocks before transferring them to the target location.
Encrypted data blocks are saved to a backup file on the target storage.
The steps for restoring an encrypted backup file are as follows:
You choose an encrypted backup file and provide it with a password to decode it.
You must specify the most recent password that is used to encrypt files in the backup chain if the password has changed once or numerous times.
Veeam Agent generates a user key and unlocks subsequent keys for backup file decryption using the password provided.
Backups should be encrypted whenever they include sensitive data. There’s a danger it could be accessed by unauthorized parties. This usually means that all tape backups should be encrypted at all times! I hope you found these suggestions useful for you, and I’d love to hear about your outdoor adventures.

What is online backup?
A remote, online, or managed backup service, often known as cloud backup or backup-as-a-service, is a service that allows customers to back up, store, and recover their computer information remotely. Companies that provide online backup services to end-users are known as online backup providers (or clients). Cloud computing is a term used to describe such backup services. Typically, online backup solutions are designed for a client software application that runs on a set schedule.
Some systems run only once a day, usually at night when computers are turned down. Other newer cloud backup services run continually, almost in real-time, to capture changes to user systems.
Tumblr media
The data is normally collected, compressed, encrypted, and transferred to the remote backup service provider’s servers or off-site hardware by the online backup system. There are numerous products on the market, each with its own set of features, service levels, and encryption methods. This type of service is usually targeted at specific market segments by providers. High-end LAN based backup systems may include Active Directory, client remote control, and open file backups, among other features. Consumer online backup firms commonly offer beta software and free-trial backup services with limited live assistance.
Compared to standard backup methods, remote backup provides the following advantages:
Remote backup does not necessitate user involvement. The user doesn’t need to replace tapes, label CDs, or conduct any other manual tasks. Data can be kept indefinitely (presuming the backup provider stays in business).
Some remote backup services will run in the background, backing up files as they are modified.
Most remote backup providers will keep track of your file versions. By just transmitting updated data, a few remote backup services can cut backup time.
Information about digital data should be managed and secured.

How to backup iPhone to Mac?
You can use a backup to copy and store data from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. You can utilize a backup to transfer your data to a new device if you change your smartphone. You're certainly aware of the importance of backing up your data, and there are a variety of backup methods available for Mac.
But you should also back up your iPhone or iPad. While you may not have many documents on these devices that aren't saved on a cloud server—which you can readily access if needed—you are likely to have images and videos that could be lost if you don't back them up. Furthermore, re-creating the configuration of your iOS device can take a long time; re-downloading all of your apps, entering your user information, and organizing them on home screens can be a time-consuming procedure.
It's simple to restore your iOS device from an existing backup if you encounter a problem. However, if you haven't backed up your iOS device yet and want to be prepared, you may be asking whether you should back it up to iCloud or your computer. Since MacOS Catalina, you can back up your iOS device in the Finder if you use a Mac. If you're using Windows or an older version of MacOS than Catalina, you'll need to back it up in iTunes. Although they are two different programs, the backup interface is identical.
Back up iPhone using your Mac
Ø  Using a cord, connect your iPhone to your computer.
Ø  On your Mac, select your iPhone from the Finder sidebar.
Ø  MacOS 10.15 or later is necessary to back up iPhone using the Finder. Use iTunes to back up your iPhone if you're using an older version of MacOS.
Ø  At the top of the Finder window click General at the top of the Finder window.
Ø  "Restore all of the data on your iPhone to this Mac" should be selected.
Ø  Select "Encrypt local backup" to encrypt and password-protect your backup data.
Ø  Return to the previous page by clicking the Backup Now button.

How to backup iPhone on computer?
Because data loss happens daily, it's a smart habit to back up your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch regularly so that you can restore your valuable data if something goes wrong. Given that, I'd want to demonstrate various methods for backing up your iPhone on Windows 10.
Tumblr media
The official solution for backing up an iPhone to a computer is to utilize iTunes. You can back up practically anything on your iPhone to your PC using iTunes. You'll be able to recover your iPhone data or sync everything to another iPhone using the backup you created.
However, there are certain drawbacks to utilizing iTunes to backup your iPhone on Windows. Furthermore, you cannot choose to recover files selectively when restoring data from a backup. And all current files on your iPhone will be replaced by the material in the backup.
If you still want to use to back up your iPhone, keep reading and follow the steps below.
To use back up your iPhone on Windows, follow these steps:
Step 1:
Plug in your iPhone and open EaseUS MobiMover on your computer. Select the "Backup Manager" mode from the main interface. Then, to move on to the next stage, click "Backup."
Step 2:
You'll see a list of all the files that can be backed up. To back up all files to your computer without using iTunes or iCloud, simply select the box next to "Select All." Then, to begin the procedure, choose "One-Click Backup."
Step 3:
Wait a few moments for the software to complete the data transfer. When it's finished, you can restore it to your smartphone at any time. However, keep in mind that this will remove everything from your device and replace it with what's in the backup.
There are several options for backing up an iPhone on Windows 10, Windows 8, or Windows 7.  Because your iPhone's data and settings change often, you should back up your iPhone regularly. When unexpected data loss occurs, you can successfully recover data from a backup to avoid total data loss.

Backup iPhone to iCloud
Everyone with an iCloud account gets 5GB of iCloud storage by default. In case something happens to your iPhone, iCloud backups can save your texts, images, contacts, and apps. If you wish to buy more, you can do so easily, but we'll leave that for now.
Although 5GB of storage is insufficient to make iCloud your primary storage. It is plenty for keeping iCloud backups, assuming you don't have too many images (you can use Google Photos for free backups of your iPhone photos to make more room for your iCloud backups).
Tumblr media
Every Apple user should have iCloud backups enabled on their iPhone because everyone has at least 5GB of iCloud storage.
Steps to Backup your iPhone with iCloud 30
1.       First of all, go to your iPhone's Settings app.
2.       Your name and contact photo should appear at the top of the Settings app.
3.       This will take you to your iCloud account's settings, where you may manage your devices, change Family Sharing, and so on. We're going to use the iCloud option for our purposes.
4.       You'll find a list of everything you can sync with iCloud here; any option you enable will sync across all of your devices. You may use the backup to restore the information on your device anytime you need it after you’ve backed it up. If your device is creating problems that cannot be cleared by restoring from a backup. You can refresh it to factory settings and then restore a recent backup to see if the issue is resolved.
Make a backup of your device.
Connect your Mac to your device.
You can use a USB or USB-C cable or a Wi-Fi connection to connect your device. See Sync content between your Mac and iPhone or iPad over Wi-Fi to enable Wi-Fi syncing.
Select the device in the Finder sidebar in the Finder on your Mac.
If your device is connected to your Mac by USB connection but does not display in the Finder sidebar when syncing, see if your device does not appear in the sidebar when syncing.
Select General in the button bar.
