the fact that in canon there's a very good chance Vanessa has no idea that Gregory was ever ggy or possessed or anything and she just never thinks about the messenger who was manipulating her again because she's focused on moving on in life, and the only thing keeping it at a chance and not canon is no blatant statement in a game bc everything points towards it. there's no way that she freed Gregory with balloon world being out of the way and Cassie is clueless about a lot (no hate to her) and Freddy was on ggys side and so was every other robot

this is how Tony Becker freeing Gregory in the games can be real and true and the best thing ever

I think Tony would love true crime but I think after the ggy attack if he survived he would drop it completely. because being in the shoes of one of those victims in the stories he just saw as fun interesting real stories he could move on from instantly makes him realize how much he'd hate it if he just became some factor in an equation for someone to ogle at or reduced to some casual listen. he'd hate it if he was turned into a bedtime story that people forget about the next day while his mom and grandma would be harassed by podcasters about his death

i think in general after the ggy attack maybe Tony would go through shock at some point and have some clarity and kinda just realize a bunch of things. his mental health would decline more afterwards and before he reunites with Gregory but I think that clarity is what initially drags Tony out of the hole he was falling into of being beyond saving, and Gregory takes it from there later and helps Tony become a much better person just by being with him. and like narritavely Gregory saving him during the ggy attack shows how he sees worth in him and cares about him and it like brings tony back to life

Tony Becker headcanons.. I hope these aren’t too ooc.. also a lil bit of beckory in here too for the people🫡

•He plays piano. I cannot explain it I think he’s been taking piano lessons since he was like 6 and is crazy good at it. Gregory was baffled hearing him play for the first time he thought Tony was lying.

•closeted gay, he’s known for a long time and had the biggest crush on Robin (teen titans not teen titans go this is very important).

•really good at puzzles. All puzzles. Crosswords, jigsaws, sudoku, riddles all of them. He’s especially good at word searches

•cannot draw. Always asks Gregory to draw stuff for him. Hangs every drawing up on his wall or places it neatly in a folder

•reads a lot of fiction. Tries to get Gregory to read but Gregory is like “no😠” favorite series are Harry Potter and Percy Jackson.

•loves true crime. This man watches horror documentaries like it’s nothing. Talks to Gregory and Ellis about interesting cases and Gregory and Ellis are just “😟” bc Tony sounds INSANE

•probably would need an inhaler.

•finds the missing kids incident so unbelievably interesting and unsettling. He’s tried to solve it but he can’t

•nintendo fan. His animal crossing islands are insane. He plays for hours

•lowkey an insomniac. Either watching documentaries, solving unsolved mysteries or playing nintendo games he looses time and often pulls a lot of all nighters

•hates Monty.

•favorite ice cream flavor is probably something basic like strawberry or vanilla. I don’t see him as a chocolate person. Maybe if its with something else he’s more willing to eat it

•had a crush on Gregory way before the events of GGY. He stares at his ceiling blasting love songs through his headphones (i’m talking laufey, Frank Sinatra, Hoizer, an occasional Taylor Swift song or two)

•”the books are better than the movies.”

•will not spend his money. Only if it’s absolutely necessary will he spend his money.

•favorite food is pasta, specifically Alfredo and broccoli he will eat that forever. Weeks straight nothing else

•lowkey allergic to almost everything. Always carrying an epipen around

•likes watching Gregory draw, always tells him he should be a comic book artist one day

•he’s a hand holding kind a guy. Kisses make him too nervous and almost makes him barf every time. Hugs are great too

•^threw up the first time Gregory kissed his cheek. Gregory thought he did something wrong

•gets picked on at school but isn’t a huge target, like its occasional but not always

•autistic.

•favorite animatic is Bonnie, wanted to learn guitar bc of him SO bad
