Not particularly. Heidi's more science than woowoo/mysticism. People are just basing that on her color scheme and not her actual personality.

The thing about Heidi Turner? She is intelligent and great at science, but is also insecure and has no sense of self. She's the girl who molds herself into what she thinks other people want her to be and can't figure out why she's never happy. It would be tragic if there wasn't a rot deep underneath. This is what makes her interesting and fun to write for imo.

except this one time with Marjorine, I don’t remember Heidi being totally mean when she was still herself before she became Cartman-bis, she even tells her ghost and Cartman in the season 21 finale that she used to be nice and caring and it seems like it was actually what she was supposed to represent before she dated Cartman. She has her pride but still did great stuff on her own.
