“Hey Meteor! It’s been a while,” Lotte smiled at the other guitarist, “How have you been?”

She sat down on a nearby bench, making sure the pink box she was carrying wouldn’t fall out of her lap. She flipped open the top and showed off rows upon rows of sweets inside the box.

“Want a donut?”

Meteor was resting from his daily ‘run-across the world in a minute routine’, then he noticed a familiar girl sitting on a bench. He walked up to her and accepted to offer.

“Sure! These look delicious!” He takes a bite out of a donut. “Oh~! This is great!”

“2019 already? Boy, time sure does go by fast. Like me!”

If they both came from a galaxy, would it mean that Meteor could understand his dilemma? Would it mean that he could finally get help, or at least some advice on how not to be lonely anymore…?

“Of course I do! I have a band called the Space Artists! They consist of me, Nova, Vela, and Rars! They would look forward to meet you!”

“... Except Vela. He’s usually rude, but that’s just him.”

“Yep! And pretty fast too!” He shakes the young boy’s hand firmly. “Say, I can tell we’re quite alike; we both look young, and we’ve both got galaxies in our hair! Neat, eh?”

Meteor circles over the young boy, before slowly landing in front of him. "Hiya~!" the guitarist said. "I'm Meteor! I heard people talk about you, and got curious!" He holds out his hand for a handshake.

Confusion and caution were present on the boy’s face. Who was this and why did they take interest in him? Well, they weren’t an employee… Now that he thought about it, this stranger was floating.

Were they just like him…?

“M-…Meteor…? Like the space rock…?”

The child slowly and shakily reached his hand out. Grown-ups shook hands and he had to try to be a grown-up.

“Oh~? Who is this Child of the Galaxy? I want to meet them!”

As a matter of fact, Rche was right. Vela did get his coat tails in a tangle several times.
