"Hey, hey, it's alright. If it makes you feel better, I thought your centerpiece looked great. You have a good eye for colors." Huanhuan smiled at her and lit a strawberry candle in the room to calm her down.

Karen at Thanksgiving (open rp)

Hikari was prepping for a special thanksgiving dinner as she set up the place mats and silverware.

Unfortunately, one of the guests to the dinner was her neighbor, Miss Karen, who just self-invited herself. Using threats.

“Ugh! It smells like poor people in here!” She already started complaining, but Hikari had no choice but to be hospitable.

“W-wewcome, Miss Kawen.”

“Ka-ren! Ugh! Can’t that school of yours teach you how to talk?!”

Hikari gritted her teeth. “Wet me show you to the tabwe.”

“Whatever.”

When miss karen entered the table, she made a face like she drank bad milk.

“Ugh! What even is this?! It looks like the turkey ran amok in here! And what is this ugly thing?!” She pointed to Hikari’s homemade centerpiece. “It looks like a kindergartener made it!”

“That’s because Hikari made it.”

“Why am i not surprised? You obviously have terrible taste. Let me get rid of this tacky thing.” She picked up the centerpiece and threw it in the trash.

“Hey! Why would you do that?!” Hikari got back out of the trash.

“Because it’s hideous!”

“Hikari made it aww by hewsewf!”

“Well, do yourself a favor. Take some art classes and make something that doesn’t hurt my eyes and disappoints your parents. If you even have any.”

Hikari was visibly hurt by her words and ran to her room, crying.

"Convenience, Hikari. Some stuff ain't easy to get nowadays. It's like if you couldn't get your favorite toys in a store, so you have to go through other places." Millie explained to Hikari, until Karen nagged her to keep going. "God... Patience, patience."

Millie had a job fixing someone else's computer and speakers, and she decided to bring Hikari along. What she didn't know, however, is that she had to fix the local Karen's computer. Lord have mercy on them.

“Ugh! Can’t you go faster?! This is your one job!” Karen scoffed.

Huanhuan just... stared at Karen as the whole spectacle went down. After one more dirty look, he went to Hikari's room to check on her. "You ok, kid?"

Millie looked back at Karen. "Ma'am, I'm not The Flash. As much as I would like to do this quickly and get this over with, I can't." She then got back to work. Meanwhile, NK (Nice Kid) walked towards Hikari and sat down next to her. "Sorry about the long wait. Mom downloaded a sketchy file that contained her favorite rom-com online and it gave her a virus." She said, sheepishly laughing.

"Oh, hey! I didn't see you there... I was budy trying to sketch the replica of the Al Zubara fort over there" The creature pointed at a small inflatable fort near the house.

Zakumi and his friends had invited Hat Kid and the Subconites over to the Mascot Neighborhood to watch the 2022 World Cup. The neighborhood was decked out and decorated for the special occasion, with maroon, white and aqua bunting hanging from the roofs and a stand where mascots could place their bets on the winning team.

Skillzy pulled out his giant axe.

"Ok, we're gonna buy the Christmas gifts and decorations, and Slavek and Peno will take Raiden to see Santa. After all this is done, we're going to get lunch and then leave. Got it, everyone?" Goaliath said.

The EURO mascots stood outside the shopping centre, holding Raiden's hand. Today would be their most dreaded and painful day of the year: Christmas shopping.

There was a stand serving traditional Arabic foods and sweets, since the tournament was being held in Qatar. Three people, one being an oryx with long, puffy brown hair, another being a butterfly with blue and pink wings, and the last one being a brown capybara with her hair in a ponytail.

A mysterious creature shaped like a keffiyeh sat near the betting stand, seemigly drawing something.

Gauchito and Juanito were getting in an argument over which country would win today's match: Argentina or Mexico. Juanito was getting rather heated, defending his home country, Mexico, while Gauchito calmly tried to say why he thought Argentina would win.

"Damn... they're getting heated up over this match." Fuleco muttered, while wearing a Team Brazil jersey with the number 14 on it.

"Did they not get the memo about the betting stand?" Zabivaka quietly scratched his head. He was donning his Russian jersey with the number 18, and a white and blue cap saying "I'm here for the chaos".

Zakumi ran towards Hat Kid and her family, giving them all a big hug. "HATTY! SUBCONITES! MISTY! You're here! We've only got an hour until the game. Feel free to look around until Willie calls everyone in for the match."
