tried my hand at @the-enchanted-archivist​ Powerless!Reader Aurora Caelum for some voice acting practice (you can tell I’m very rusty)

I don’t think I got the character quite right and Esmé Creed-Miles is a much better fitting voice imo but eh– that’s what practice is for I suppose!

I really wanted to do a verison with ambient sound/music in the bg BUT I COULDN’T FIND ANYTHING I THOUGHT WORKED so I’m just throwing it on here and calling it a day *jazz hands*

I did probably about 100 takes of this poem as an impromptu audition for a dub a fellow voice acting buddy is doing. This was the one with the least fuck ups in a single read through.

I dunno if I like this the best out of all the takes but I sent it to the guy, and just yesterday I found out I got the role. And since all the voice acting I’ve been doing lately is for projects and thus I can’t post my parts atm– here! Take this internet!

I’ll probably do more reads of her poems soonish…
