A custom rehair of Baby Gusty! This is a pony who I'd like to rehair again in the future when I have more hair colors (for custom rehairs I try to use up the hair colors I already have instead of buying new hair, just so I don't go crazy spending too much on hair...) But since I didn't have the warm color palette I wanted, I went for the opposite: Cooler colors, green and purple to match her eyeshadow and cutiemark <3 What do you think of her?

I hope people realize just how much they have been endorsed and how bad it is.The White House has officially endorsed Prager U by working with them to create their “Founder’s Museum” exhibit (With the idea being to teach people about the Founding Fathers, but it is largely created by Prager U and involves AI generated videos…)

Prager U is already in schools and if you look at their lesson plans: They are not fit to teach children. Not just because it’s conservative propaganda, but the lessons are just… Kind of bad? They don’t define major learning terms well or the learning goals are sort of vague. Like here’s part of the goals on of their rubrics:

“‘appreciating’ america’s history and dedication to freedom”… what does “appreciate” mean in a school learning context? how do we measure appreciation? should children be taught to just blindly appreciate instead of being able to demonstrate knowledge and actual understanding and analysis about the facts of our history? and a lot of the lesson plans are rather boring, so children aren’t likely to be very engaged. All the work you do in the lesson plan is very surface level. If you are interested in hearing more there’s an actual teacher who analyzed how poor these lesson plans are (zoe bee on youtube)

Kids deserve access to good quality, FREE educational resources, like how PBS can be educational and was accessible. Kids deserve better than Prager U’s sloppy, lazy, extremely biased content. Kids in ultra conservative environments deserve to have access to ALL information, even if it falls outside of the conservative worldview their parents want to enforce upon them. Kids deserve the freedom to be able to learn and come to their own conclusions about the topics they are learning about

If we do not stop this we've already lost the next generation.

just started playing the first Ace Attorney game on my train ride -- it's always been on my periphery but i had NO IDEA you actually got to play as Mia Fey in this, the first case is such a great tutorial and an absolute banger. mia fey i love you and your insecurity and outspokenness and determination in the face of sexism on literally all sides of you, genuinely why have i never heard more about her as far as female video game protagonists go
