Reminder that no matter how many times these people state they are "anti-contact" they are okay with pro contact people.

Not everything involving attraction is a part of pride month, it is a time specifically for people of the LGBTQIA+ community to celebrate how far we have come and our love for ourselves and one another. Never forget the people who fought for us to get to this point. They did not fight for predators to have spaces to proudly announce their fantasies and use the cloak of a "identity" in order to get into spaces and hurt others. This is all coming from someone who has paraphilias due to past trauma. It has never been and never WILL BE a part of pride. Those who proudly announce it and flaunt it as part of their identity are not taking the steps to get help and become better people.

anon respectfully if someone is willingly calling themself a pedophile and is proud to be attracted to kids i dont think that they are trying to get better.

if you are proud to be a map, affiliate with others who call themselves maps and engage in a community with people who are loud about being attracted to minors (different than being in a community of people who are getting help from it and trying to seem less alone in the healing process) you are not bettering yourself. you are engaging in a destructive thought process and that is a form of self harm.

i am very supportive of people who want to work on themselves and those types of thoughts. but i cannot be supportive of people who flaunt attraction to minors, i hope that clears things up
