a paraphilia refers to anything that a person is attracted to sexually that is abnormal, not just the "harmful" paraphilias but also anything that is not literally genitals, for example any kinks are technically paraphilias by definition. stuff like foot fetishes and bdsm count as paraphilic disorders, so in my mind paraphilias in pride is on the same level as the kink in pride debate even if it dose seem more extreme.
