90 day challenge

hello!

so i’m thinking of starting a new challenge for myself (and perhaps you, if youre interested)! im gonna call it the 90 day challenge.

what it entails⤵︎

ABSOLUTELY no binging

no more than 800 calories a day

30mins exercise 3-4 days/week

80oz water a day

8hrs of sleep nightly

it sounds pretty intense, but its only for 90 days. if you dont want to continue this after the 90th day is over, its absolutely your choice!

it is ONLY 90 days.

in the span of a whole lifetime, thats NOTHING. and think of the changes your body will make during that time– i think it’ll be worth it.

NO BINGING! if you binge, you must tack one more day onto the challenge. more incentive to stay strong!

YOU CAN GO OVER THE CALORIE LIMIT IF YOU FEEL WEAK, DIZZY, FAINT. do NOT hurt yourself. this is to better you, not kill you.

LOG ALL CALORIES! self explanatory.

TAKE PROGRESS PICTURES! this is for your own motivation– but i promise, it really helps!

TAKE VITAMINS! this is to make up for lack of nutrition you may be experiencing during restricting periods.
