This is my strategy
Someone else watch the last season of Voltron for me tomorrow and let me know how it goes. I’ll watch it once I have all the main spoilers. Refuse to go into this with blind eyes and a hopeful heart.
I need all my hopes dashed. Then I’ll watch it.
Sir, this is my emotional support Voltron watcher.

For the love of all that is good in this world let a similar situation of the conference room happen in season 8!
Also I was a little worried about the bedroom scene at the start, mostly because it seems too soon and too fast. There's a lot of things between them and getting physical without resolving them cannot be healthy.
I love this story, I love Lotor, I love Lotura and I am terrified about season 8. I've read so many hopeful and intriguing theories but almost no fan predictions have occurred in this show, and not in a good way.
I desperately wanted to finish this chapter before season 8 tomorrow night. Prepare for all the emotions.
Summary: Tension is high on the Olkari ship. There’s so much to say, and not everyone’s words will be nice. Lotor has been holding in far too much.

I think he would love to have healing abilities, after all the destruction he has witnessed. But it's pretty clear that Allura has the healer's position. So as a good substitute he would very likely be happy with shielding abilities.
What do you guys think Lotor’s alchemic and magical will first manifest as in season 8? My guess is that it will first appear when he is in a life threatening moment and will appear as a shield around him, perhaps similar to what happened when Haggar attacked Allura in the season 2 finale. Or maybe healing abilities.

We talking physically or figuratively? Cause I'm all for physically but for figuratively, I'd hope it's only after the paladins admit they "might have" had a "slight" part in the Universe falling into chaos.
Let Lotor take his armor off, you cowards

Good morning! I’m salty.
I think we, as a general community, need to start taking this little moment more seriously.
This, right here? This is asking for consent. It’s a legal necessity, yes, but it is also you, the reader, actively consenting to see adult content; and in doing so, saying that you are of an age to see it, and that you’re emotionally capable of handling it.
You find the content you find behind this warning disgusting, horrifying, upsetting, triggering? You consented. You said you could handle it, and you were able to back out at any time. You take responsibility for yourself when you click through this, and so long as the creator used warnings and tags correctly, you bear full responsibility for its impact on you.
“Children are going to lie about their age” is probably true, but that’s the problem of them and the people who are responsible for them, not the people that they lie to.
If you’re not prepared to see adult content, created by and for adults, don’t fucking click through this. And if you do, for all that’s holy, don’t blame anyone else for it.

✊ Today is an Internet-wide day of action for net neutrality ✊

There’s been a major development over the past 24 hours: another member of Congress just came out in support of the House Congressional Review Act resolution to overturn FCC Chairman Ajit Pai’s net neutrality repeal.
This is a big deal and could help push other lawmakers do the same, but we have to act fast because the deadline is just over a week away.
Today is a massive day of action to show lawmakers that people still care about net neutrality so we’re asking everyone to click here and tell Congress not to let their chance to save net neutrality slip away.
We’ve been fighting for months without seeing any movement in Congress, watching the clock ticking down to the deadline. But Rep Joe Morelle (NY-25) his support for the Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolution could change that.
If we act fast, we can leverage this new momentum to unleash a small landslide of other representatives coming out for net neutrality before the December 10th deadline, which will make a huge difference in the battles ahead.
Today we’re asking the entire Internet to sign this open letter to Congress telling them to do the right thing and support net neutrality before it’s too late.
Your voice matters. As part of today’s Internet-wide day of action, thousands of others are speaking out, along with celebrities, musicians, and websites like Tumblr, Postmates and Etsy.
You can join them and show your support for net neutrality by submitting an ‘I support net neutrality’ photo. We will be flooding lawmakers’ social media feeds with pictures, so if they decide to vote against the open Internet we will make them look us in the eye as they do it.
Click here to sign our open letter and then submit your ‘I support net neutrality’ photo into our gallery:

We can’t let this deadline come and go without making Congress remember that the whole Internet is watching. We’re still fighting for net neutrality. And we won’t forget if they betray us.
Tell everyone you know to take action at DeadlineForNetNeutrality.com and spread the word any way you can. Click here to find ideas on how you can use your slice of the Internet – whether that’s your Tumblr blog, a website you run, or any of your social media accounts – to help get the word out. We’re counting on you!

I was listening to a male cover of 'I won't sat I'm in love' and was thinking "This could really work for Lotura" and just as it went I went scrolling and found this. It's fate!
Hercules AU
Coran is Phil, White Lion is Pegasus, and yes the Paladins are the five Muses.

I'm fond of Lance at the best of times, the picture used for him in the shot should not represent him so perfectly... but... unfortunately it does. All the others fit well too and when this happens it's going to be delicious.
the paladins when they find out the alteans from the colony are working with Haggar bc of what they did to Lotor:

I've had a beef with her since season 2 and it got worse in season 5 but I was too scared to say so. You are truly brave and you have my respect.
I’m not ashamed to say. I’ve got some beef with Allura since season six! Well way before season six, but season six was the turning point.

If Honerva got him out of the Rift somehow he may: A) under mind control to be her loyal son, or B) acting like he is on her side to try and stop her. Or C) he's acting with her under the assumption she is doing the right thing for the universe, but not going to get into that right now.
But if it's A or B, this detail could be very symbolic. For A, in many medias, no matter how complete the mind controlling is, there's always some hint the victim has that implies it: some deja vu, a continuous feeling of unease, nightmares and dreams, "This doesn't feel right". Lotor could experience these symptoms and it comes forth whe fighting the Paladins. He knows, because of what his mother says, the Paladins are the enemy and must be dealt with; but he can't shake the feeling that he shouldn't be fighting against them.
For B, he is playing a role: the obedient son protecting his mother's work. He know how to play roles. And NO! That is not saying he was playing with Allura's feeling! It is a tool that he knows helps him survive. When Honerva first brought him before, he rejected her, she gave the order to "take him away." That could have meant a prison cell or an execution chamber, both are bad, but most likely Honerva wasn't going to kill him. Most likely she was going to torture him till he relented, or use magic/alchemy to warp his mind/personality to suit her best; this could have been Lotor's worse fear. So Lotor is acting as if he has come to his senses and has acknowledged her role in his life and helping her any way he can. He'll have to do horrible things, like fire on the Princess he most likely still loves and people he considered his colleagues, but he does have a strong sense of self-preservation and will try to get a position where he will be able to stop Honevra when the opportunity is right.
In short, he mind will be in the zone but his heart will not be in it.
So um
This is Sincline during the fight in Season 6 (please note the circled lights):

This is that shot of Sincline from the Season 8 trailer (again, note the circle):

Anyone want to tell me why the lights are not just dimmed or off, but completely blacked out???
Someone tell me my boy is okay if he is the one in there…

Prediction!
In s8, Lotor is out of the rift, Honerva has brainwashed him with fake happy memories and has convinced him Voltron is the true evil. While under her influence he has a new outfit and his hair is tied back (low ponytail, high ponytail, braided, whatever). Once he regains his memories (via Lotura moment or he works through it in his own) he fights with Voltron against Honerva and his hair comes unbound again. He back to him self again!
If they cut Lotor’s hair in s8 im gonna be pissed
