Chapter 1 - Confidential assignment
Hwang Minhyun never thinks for a second that he is anything other than privileged, if he does say so himself. And he couldnât ask for anything better. He maintains one of the most important positions on the team, he is respected, he is beloved, and heâs filthy stinking rich.
So that is why he finds it oh so difficult to cope with the fact that things today were not as great as Minhyun would have liked it to be. For one thing, for some odd reason, why was his boss constantly bugging him on âthatâ assignment?!
Minhyun sighed, forehead leaning into his hand as he sat under the fluorescent light of his lab. He raked his fingers through his hair, and finally looked back up at the screen, which seemed like it was staring right back at him, impatiently waiting for an answer.Â
And as if betraying him, his mind decided to go for a frolic elsewhere. All that was left to keep him company was the soft blue glow from his computer, which illuminated the area around his desk. And that damn empty text field that he wanted to escape from.
Yes he mentioned to his boss a long long time ago that he was going to âTravel Earth and gather ecological info to share for future generations to comeâ. But apparently, itâs not a good idea to keep putting that off before his boss begins putting the chokehold on him.
âNote to Minhyun: Donât promise bigâ he thought as his fingers lingered on the lit keyboard.
The mere concept of Earth travels has been absent from his mind since the beginning years when he was first handed this job to him. Heâs only ever mentioned that desire one time to his boss at 17 years old and the guy wouldnât let Minhyun live it down ever since!
Minhyun shook his head. Everything was fine just the way it was. Following in his motherâs footsteps, and being just as great as her. Just as awesome as her. That was always his fool-proof recipe in his life and itâs got him this far.Â
Earth travel was something that excited him and scared him at the same time. And there were so many reasons why the fear outweighed the excitement at this point. In his opinion, there was just no need to ripple the waters.
Suddenly, in the middle of his meandering thoughts, his screen went off, and the glow from his computer disappeared, revealing his weary facial expression that he had no clue he was wearing.
Minhyun sighed before closing his laptop and getting up from his desk.Â
He turned his attention to his surroundings and placed his hands on his hips before smiling fondly.Â
Decorating every corner of the small lab among the white tiled walls were various greenery and flora. They lived in harmony and were collected from other planets that his mom visited during her time here. After all these years since she planted them, they still survived within the protection of the many glass beakers and vials, within this lab; His mother's lab.
Minhyun stood idly in the middle of the room, unsure of himself before sticking his gloved hands into his lab coat pockets. He glanced at his motherâs portrait that hung above his desk. Titled underneath the frame was âHwang Boyoung, First Female Ecological Preservation Practitioner: Ecological Society of Collestiaâ.
Minhyun sighed. He thought everything was easier when he was a kid, before his motherâs disappearance. But hell even when he was the hard-headed teenager that used to give his father headaches, somehow things still seemed easier than now.Â
The possibility of screwing everything up plagued him. What if for a split second, he wasnât as awesome as his mother was?Â
Then everything would come crashing down.Â
It will be no more Dr. M, The Beloved, but Dr. M, The Fool.
Tearing his eyes away from the portrait, he ran back to his desk and hastily opened the laptop.
The email from his boss was still plastered on that screen and Minhyun finally knew what he needed to type in that daunting empty text field in response.
âWhat does preservation have to do with traveling Earth anyways!?â mumbled Minhyun, quickly typing the beginning of his email to Dr. Lee.
âDear Dr. LeeâŚâ
All of a sudden, his pager went off. He did a double look when he saw that it was Dr. Lee himself. He answered promptly.
âHi Dr. Lee! There is something I must let you know once and for all. I-â
âOh! Greetings Dr. M!â said Dr. Lee in his usual chipper tone.
âHi!â Minhyun quickly responded âNow. Dr. Lee I want to finally address that assignment-â
âYou have some visitors waiting for you!â Said Dr. Lee.
Minhyun stopped midway, blinking. âIâll be right down.â he said before promptly disconnecting the pager.
Before preparing to make his way out to the main lobby, he didnât forget to make sure to quickly head to the side bathroom within the lab and make a quick checklist on his appearance. One of the ten commandments of Dr. M, The Beloved, is not just being the fairest of them all, it's about presenting thyself as fair as well!
That's certainly what he thought as he grabbed his intricately crafted headpiece and placed it upon his brow. He always admired how that silver headpiece complemented yet stood out perfectly against his wonderfully ivory toned skin, if he does say so himself. Most importantly, it made him stand out of course. There was no other staff who put appearance at the top of the list like Dr. M, The Beloved.
He winked at himself. Now he was ready.
He did his usual greetings passing by various white coat staff who were chatting about, as he made his way through the glassy white halls of the Ecological Society of Collestia known as ESC. The No. 1 Non-profit organization that is counted on for preserving and raising awareness for Collestiaâs ecosystem.Â
If one might ask why crops have not died out yet because of Collestia's extreme climate, itâs thanks to ESC. Making sure that children and future generations learn more about Collestiaâs ecosystem and geography? ESC. Introducing new species to Collestiaâs otherwise, lone isolated planet? ESC.
ESC was a big deal, and Minhyun was ever more so proud to play his part as well.
He continued down the halls, where, similar to his lab, were lined with exotic flora protected behind glass windows. Coupled with the nearby sounds of the trickling running water flowing from the wall fountains, and illuminate overhead lighting. It certainly gave the plain white pristine interior a comforting organic look and feel that didnât make the staff feel that they were working in a sterile eco facility all day.Â
Finally reaching the lobby, he heard two distinct voices that stood out among the others that mingled within the main area. Upon reaching the lobby, his eyes widened, pace slowing down.
âSeongwuâŚ.?â muttered Minhyun. A huge smile crept its way to his face as he saw his long time friend chatting with Dr. Lee.
Upon hearing him, they both turned their attention to Minhyun. Seongwuâs face lit up in return.
âMinhyun! Itâs great to see you again.â said Seongwu.
Minhyun, despite his whole boss being right there, abandoned the whole Dr. M spiel upon seeing his friend, who has been away on one of his missions for almost 6 months! running across the lobby area like a kid reuniting with their lost pet.
After excitingly giving Seongwu the tightest embrace he finally let go, taking a closer look at his friend. But now upon seeing his friend up close, Minhyunâs smile dimmed ever so slightly.
It was the eyes that Minhyun noticed first, which were usually a warm hue of light auburn. They still were, however, he couldnât ignore how weary they were, along with bags and the slightest dark circles.
Secondly was his hair! His long, healthy, locks that flowed down his back and shoulders were thin. It seemed he decided to wrap it in an updo in an attempt to hide it away but he wasnât fooling anyone.
âAh how pleasant. Nothing like meeting up with an old acquaintance!â chirped Dr. Lee.
Minhyun snapped out of his disbelief.  âAh right. I havenât seen him in quite a long time!â chuckled Minhyun, looking over Seongwuâs shoulder.
âWhereâs the other visitor?â he asked confusingly.Â
Dr. Lee forced a sad smile âYour father. Heâs running a bit late but said heâll be here soon.â he whispered.
Oh God thought Minhyun, sighing. Dr. Lee placed a hand on his shoulder in support before turning to leave.
âOh Minhyun? What did you need to talk about?â He asked
Minhyun gulped. Without a doubt, the idea of talking about that assignment seemed better through the phone or email. Face-to-face was a whole other thing. He placed his arm around Seongwuâs shoulder which almost made him fall over. It caught Minhyunâs attention and he gave a quick glance.
WowâŚ..Seongwu was tired. With a capital T.
He turned his attention back to Dr. Lee âUm! WellâŚI wanted to tell you that UmâŚ..â
Dr. Leeâs brows furrowed before raising, expecting an answer.
Dr. M come on, thought Minhyun, scratching his head.
Minhyun straightened himself, âI will be planning a welcome back partyâŚ.â
Those who passed by, including Seongwu, suddenly took attention. Minhyun looked around before continuing âA welcome back party. For my dear friend Seongwu. And you are cordially invited as well!â he said, gesturing to his boss.
His boss smiled pleasantly.
âWait wait wait wait WAIT Minhyun you know I don't like parties.â whispered Seongwu through his forced smile.
âOh Seongwu, youâll love it.â he said moving behind Seongwu, placing his hands on his shoulders and ushering him to the direction of his lab. âYou got some explaining to do anyways!â mumbled Minhyun.
Seongwu sighed in response âIâm sorry but you seem to be making it pretty obviousâŚâ he whispered back.
Minhyun quickly took his attention off Seongwu before running off âLady Younjung, please contact the Venusian society.â
She quickly pulled out her tablet, preparing to note down what Minhyun told her.
âTell them on request of Dr. M from Collestia, I need assistance preparing for a party.â
âOkay and when is the date and time?â She asked.
âTonight!â
Seongwu widened his tired eyes âTonight!â
âTonight!?â asked Younjung.
Minhyun was momentarily taken aback before clearing his throat âYes. It shouldnât be a problem right?â
âWell knowing that Dr. M, The Beloved will be planning it, I'm pretty sure theyâll assist immediately.â She said with a smile after finishing typing her notes.
Minhyun nodded âExactly!â
Seongwu pinched the bridge of his nose âMinhyun?â
âYes?â asked Minhyun, turning his full attention back to Seongwu.
"You got those of Venus to help out with this partyâŚ..?â he said tiredly.
âSeongwu, do you not know me? You know they have the best aesthetics. And I need some love in my life!â he said before grabbing Seongwuâs hand, finally running back to his lab.
+++++
âAlright spill itâ started Minhyun as soon as the doors shut in his lab. He made his way to his desk with his laptop still open.
Seongwu scoffed âSpill what?â He followed and took a seat in a chair across from Minhyunâs desk.Â
âWhat kind of assignment did they put you through the ringer for?â Minhyun asked curiously. He just wanted some kind of idea. He knows he himself has equally long assignments sometimes. But this was just insane and a little unusual. 6 months? Minhyun just knew this had to be something big and he wanted all the details.
âThereâs nothing to spill. JustâŚregular medical stuffâ he said shrugging.
Minhyun narrowed his eyes. Seongwu has been his friend since he was 16 years old. If this guy thinks that Minhyun doesnât know that heâs the worst liar on the planet, he definitely needs a 101 course on the Ten Commandments of Dr. M.
Minhyun blinked before leaning in over the desk âWhat kind of medical stuff?â
âMinhyun. Itâs nothing!â Seongwu snapped, causing Minhyun to jump back.
âNowâŚ..please! Iâm seriously warning you. DonâtâŚ.ask about this anymore!â he snapped, slamming his hand on the desk.
What the hell?Â
Minhyun was not expecting such a reaction from his usually warm and zen-like friend. Other than Minhyunâs worry and curiosity, Minhyun also just wanted to know since it was routine for them to always share their stories while they were away on their respective assignments.
So this was quite new coming from Seongwu.
"OhâŚokay.â responded Minhyun, poorly forcing out a short laugh. He leaned back in his chair fiddling with the hem of his lab coat in the now awkward silence.
Minhyun knows all research and developments performed by the medical specialists of Collestia probably came with a high price: A sacrifice of their own health. So Minhyun just chalked this whole thing up to pure exhaustion. He surely hopes so.
Seongwu was the first one to decide to break the silence âIâm sorry. Iâm so sorry Minhyun.â he said.Â
Minhyun looked back up âNoâŚSeongwu I got it. You need some major sleep, right?â
The answer that Minhyun would receive next would be something that he never would expect coming from Seongwu.Â
âNo. I canât let anyone know about my assignment.â Seongwu said quietly. âItâs⌠confidential.âÂ
Hearing this from Seongwu was kind of eerie yet the revelation only fed Minhyunâs curiosity more. He would have been better off just telling him a lie! Because how was Minhyun supposed to go on about his day knowing that Dr. Seongwu, the Healer is now into some top secretive confidential conspiracy?
Minhyun whistled âWow...Iâll refrain from asking more.â he responded.
Seongwu gave a smile of relief and Minhyun smiled back in reassurance knowing full well that he was being burned alive by all the questions he had now.
âIâm just⌠so glad youâre back.â said Minhyun, giving a soft smile.Â
Suddenly, loud shouting from several voices broke the silence and echoed from outside the doors of his lab, making both Minhyun and Seongwu perk up.
âWhere is he!? Where is he then huh!? Oh my goodness!â echoed one extremely familiar voice up and down the halls. One voice that Minhyun knew all too well.
âSir! please calm down and follow me.â he heard someone say as the voices got closer.
Minhyun quickly shut his laptop.
âDonât play games with me, lady! If heâs not in here then iâm gonna-â
Suddenly the doors barged open to reveal a disheveled male, breathing heavily with a look of frustration and worry on his face. Several tired looking staff behind the man looked at Minhyun as if silently telling him to handle this wild visitor of his.
âMinhyun!â exclaimed his father in relief, holding his chest. The staff thought that would be a great time to leave and excused themselves and shut the doors. He could faintly hear all the chatter and groans from outside.
Truly embarrassing for real. Minhyun sighed.Â
âIâve been looking through hell and high water for you.â his father said tiredly, looking directly at his son in disapproval.
âYou were a late father. Where were you? Dr. Lee said it was two visitors????â responded Minhyun, crossing his arms.
His father gasped âOh my God Seongwu⌠Youâre back!â exclaimed his father, embracing Seongwu.
Minhyun sighed and took that moment to peer in the bag his father sat on his desk, retrieving his vitamins and lunch his father promised to bring him.  This is another reason why he was glad that Seongwu was back. Because to say that his father was not truly suffocating was a complete lie.
âHow are you? Are you okay?â His father asked Seongwu in concern before gasping âYou need some rest, did you eat yet?â He asked, stroking his hair.
After downing his meds, he opened his laptop acting like he was reading something important.
At some point in Minhyunâs life, it didnât take long for him to conclude that his father looks at Seongwu as if he was his own son! âthe Perfect sonâ to say the least.
It makes him think about his own turbulent relationship with his father. At times, Minhyun finds himself trying to pinpoint when it began. And so far, he can only pinpoint the moment their relationship went downhill was after his motherâs disappearance.
He was 12 years old.
âWe found himâ Said one guard as he tightly gripped Minhyun's arm when he tried to pull away.
Itâs been a long night. After Minhyunâs attempt at jacking one of the guards ships while they werenât looking, a wild chase around the borders of Collestia and the thought of finally, FINALLY having the freedom to do what he set out to do, the Guards of Collestia finally caught him.Â
It was a struggle, with Minhyun using the Breath of Flame, a technique that his mom taught him, to try to set the guards a blaze. It ended much to Minhyunâs misery with the guards dragging him by the collar back to his own home.
âThank you, you can leave now,â said his father in relief. Both guards left, leaving nothing but the trail of smoke in their living room.
+++++
âWhere were you Minhyun!? Iâve been searching hell and high water for you!â shouted his father hastily following behind Minhyun as he stomped to his room.
âNo where.â responded Minhyun where his dad could barely hear him.
âDonât you ignore your own father!â shouted his father, grabbing him by the shoulders and forcibly turning him around.
âI said no where!â shouted Minhyun âItâs not like I speak any other languages!â
His father stood in disbelief and shook his head âYou know what?! I am so tired of this behavior! You know damn well I do my best for you and you decide to run away?! Why do you keep doing this?â
Minhyun scoffed, âI wasnât running away!â
His father crossed his arms âThen where were you? How come this is the second time I had to call the guards?â
Minhyun forced his way from his fatherÂ
"Fuck offâ mumbled Minhyun, hoping that his father wouldnât hear him.
+++++
Minhyun shouted at the top of his lungs as he repeatedly banged his fists on the locked door to his room.
âLet me out!!â
âUntil you agree to not do what you did tonight and think about your actions, then I will judge until youâre ready to come out.â he heard his father say from behind the door.
Minhyun stopped in disbelief, with tears streaming down his face and hands dragging helplessly by his sides again. Upon regaining his composure and senses, he smelt the faint smell of smoke coming from his heavy breathing. And saw the dim reddish glow that illuminated from his core. And If he breathed any harder, the whole place would set a blaze. Thus he decided against it before calming himself down, sliding against the door.
He sobbed in the silence of his room, hugging his knees, hoping his father would come back soon. Yes he thought about it. Thought, and thought and thought, about his actions and came to the conclusion that he, in fact, would NEVER agree to not repeat what he did.
He would do it again.
It was intense at that time but Minhyun canât deny that things have gotten a little better between him and his father since then. It was not perfect but the waters were steady. And Minhyun and his father were content.Â
âSo what have you all been up to?â
Minhyun's eyes without a doubt met Seongwuâs, waiting for him to answer first. Because there was no way in hell that he was going to tell his father that Dr. Lee has been pestering him about traveling to Earth!
But then Minhyun suddenly remembered that Seongwu didn't even know this Earth dilemma of his.
âPlease tell me you put yourself to work todayâŚâ said his father looking directly at Minhyun, which now caught the attention of Seongwu.
âDid Dr. Lee need to discuss something with you?â Asked Seongwu inquisitively.Â
âThe party!âÂ
His father furrowed his browsÂ
âI'm throwing a welcome back party for Seongwu and ..well yeah!â Finished Minhyun.Â
His father shook his head, âWell NOTHINGâŚSeongwu should not be partying in this stateâŚâ said his father rubbing Seongwuâs shoulders. âAnd what have you been up to for the past 6 months?â
Seongwu widened his eyes.
âUm...it's a chill party!â Said Minhyun fidgeting when he saw Seongwu stifle a yawn, not forgetting about what Seongwu confided with him just a bit ago.
âJust make sure you're back at that house by 9 at the max. Seongwu will let me know.â His father said, gathering his belongings.
Minhyun furrowed his brow âWhere are you going tonight?â
âGotta make a few deliveries and it's a little out of the way.â He responded.
As much as Minhyun wanted to jump right on the desk and do a backflip in elation that his father was finally letting his full grown son be left alone on a party nightâŚ.of course another part of him couldnât help but worry about him running a graveyard shift by himself.
Minhyun blinked âOhâŚwell please be safe father.â
His father smiled and walked over to Minhyun, placing a hand on his shoulder.
âI will, thank you son.â
Minhyun smiled in response, placing his hand upon his fatherâs.
âWell guys, I should be back by dawn.â said his father looking directly at Seongwu and then at him before making his exit. Seongwu let out a breath in relief. Which was so odd because, itâs usually Minhyun who is doing that after his father leaves the scene.
Everytime he looked at Seongwu, he couldnât help but to be more curious yet worried for his friend.
âHey, youâre really tense. I think youâll like this party, you might let off some steam.â said Minhyun reaching over the desk and grabbing Seongwuâs hand.
"You did say it would be chill right?â
Minhyun hesitated, âDonât worry, I got you.â

Prologue - A mistake of the past

âPlease. Let me goâ she said quietly.
The forest was black, wet and utterly cold. The iced air relentlessly jabbed at her skin and the woman shivered and perhaps she has even become numb by now. But it was only the warmth of her tears that trailed down her cheeks that she felt more than anything.
Suddenly she felt herself collide with the cold wet soil beneath her after the two men with black suits who had her hoisted up by both arms, finally let her go. She turned to look up at them.
They stood there puzzled, mouths agape, when one of the men finally cut through the sounds of the falling drops of wetness around her.
âMa'am youâre not sure of this right?â
The woman shakily crawled towards the nearest tree, hands grappling at the damp bark in an attempt to pull herself up. But her legs wobbled and she winced at the overwhelming pain throbbing throughout all of her limbs. They felt entirely heavy and nearly buckled from the unfamiliar pressure that she was simply not used to. But one of the men was at her side in an instant, helping to stabilize her while the other man began collecting the shattered pieces from her vehicle and loading it into the two mensâ shared ship.
She weakly turned to look up at the man. His eyes were still in disbelief as he crept closer to her. He tilted his head curiously and scanned her face and her body from the tip of her hairline to the bottom of her shaky legs.
Hugging herself under the scrutiny she finally spoke âPlease, do not bring me back.â
The man snapped out of it before shaking his head in disbelief âMa'am pleaseâŚ.you must go back to your home. What you have done just now is absolutely immoral. We cannot accept this payment.â
âNo⌠" she responded, with new tears trailing down her face âNot after thisâŚâ she whispered motioning to her wrecked vehicle. A crack of thunder followed by a bright streak of lightning suddenly occurred, briefly revealing to the man a better view of her face
âNever will I be able to face them.â She sniffled âNot with such shame Iâve already begun to bear.â
There was another pause from the man in front of her before he finally sighed, placing his hand on her shoulder. He nodded subtly before turning towards the other man.
âPlease retrieve the first aid kit!â he yelled to the other man and received a confused look in return. But the man eventually retreated inside the ship.
The first man turned back to the woman.
âYour family deserves to know the truth. But you did the best that you could. Donât ever think that you wonât be welcomed back.â he said before momentarily turning and joining the other man inside the ship. A few moments later, both men came back with a jacket and first aid kit.
âWe will send you off with some pain medication and supplements at the least,â said the man, placing the jacket around her shoulders.
The other manâs eyes widened at the statement âJisung, what do you mean??â he whispered anxiously but he was shushed.
The first man silently opened the kit and retrieved the said medication.
After receiving the meds, she finally spoke up âI trust that you will handle this appropriately?â
The man nodded hesitantly âYes, just so you know about how this goes.â There was a pregnant pause before he lowered his voice âWe will notify your family that we have exhausted all search effortsâŚand then we will let them know that you are presumed deceased on the scene.â
She gripped the jacket, a lump forming in her throat whilst thinking about her spouse, her son, the organization that she was a part ofâŚ.her life before the events that took place during the past few hours.
âAre you sure of this?â asked the man one last time for confirmation.
She nodded before looking down at her feet and sighed. She could drop everything, let the Men in Black take her back home and face the fact that she will never be perfect.
Or run into the night, unknown to all and getting comfortable with the fact that her loved ones were safe at least. She will be remembered for her great deeds, and hard work. Because the disappointment and dishonor is way too painful to bear. Not when she was held to such high regard.Â
âThank youâ she said in finality before finally beginning to turn away.
âOh maâam?â said the man approaching her for the final time. âMay I have your name please?â he said, taking out a small notepad.
She turned back around, finally facing the man, âBoyoungâŚHwang Boyoung of Collestia.â
The man nodded, leaving the woman to go about and start her new life.

I dunno how the hell this happened lol
But I decided to pick up on writing a fic again. It was on a random day this past summer while I was at work. It's hwangkim fic which seems very similar to my retired fairytale fic that I started writing back in 2016.
Real talk, I think this is a story that I really need to write this time lol because obviously, there is just something keep drawing me to the type of fantasy premise where: someone accidently gets stuck in the human world and they meet someone in that world but HAVE to uphold an air of secrecy to conceal who and WHAT they really are????? lol
Yes, that is the main premise in the fic lol
I don't care how busy i am at work or if folks don't read it or whatever, I will write this story. I HAVE to write this story. I MUST write this story
I think I stopped writing the one from 2016 at the time because it wasn't really outlined that much and I didn't take the time out to develop the characters (Plus 2016 was a crazy year for me, so I was honestly sidetracked) but yeah it was fun writing but I didn't know what the hell was gonna happen in the fic after chapter 7 lol.
So i'm having fun planning this new one lol I have to admit i'm trying to keep patience to not go into fully writing it until I know what really happens at the end and until I know how HwangKim are gonna be as individuals in the fic. I think I want it to be more heart & soul in the fic this time instead of just the excitement of adventure.
it's been 5 months since the idea popped into my head, so I guess it's no going back now
#updates#fic: earthbound quest#(retired fairytale fic was posted on aff and here and it is now private lol)

[A/N] I'm back đđ¤: random stuff about my new fic
Welp after about 7 years, it seems like I've gravitated towards writing again!
I decided that I wanted to take a try at romance for a change
So many thoughts and ideas has been bubbling in my head while plotting this fic, and i've been plotting since July. Sooo I figured it was about that time to start blogging about it
mmm hmm! it's gon be about Hwangkim đ¤
With them being my ultimate ship (and the ship that I miss the most) I wanted to take a try at my very first romance fic about them!

Don't be fooled, it's not just any premise tho lol I didnt think too hard about it tbh, it just came to me lol
A fantasy romance where a mysterious clumsy alien (minhyun) who crashed from outer space falls in love with an imperfect but ambitious journalist (jonghyeon). A choice between love and mission must be made, when jonghyeon makes an outrageous decision that would put minhyun's identity at risk.
Now don't laugh okay???? Minhyun will be humanized with some alien quirks. So it's not gon be super super weird.
The only thing I thought hard about was the actual plot. It's definitely subject to change. But I LIVE for plots w/ a non-human protagonist trying to interact with the fellow humans and their world ("National Fairy" flashbacks đ), so this premise just randomly knocked at my door and i just ran with it!
When I started to get into the meat of the whole plotting process, I was elated to realize that this would be my first ever fic where I would have a full clear understanding of what the major plot points would be.
Because with every fic I've done in the past it always became incomplete because.... I would never plot anything past the 1st act and just kinda write on the nose after that..
Anyways I wanna do things right this time.
I'm also on the fence whether I should make it more rom-comey or more serious??? Or serious with a dash of rom-com ????? Obviously ima probably do a mixture of both and with the way the premise sounds.
I think it might start off kinda rom-comey and before slowly becoming serious and making its descent into the 3rd act
