my design philosophy for the fused rabbids is they should never have the same personality as their og (not as fun) and should be more of an interpretation of their costume. that's all to say I overthink the hell outa these lol...

old af unfinished doodles aside, I liked them so much I even thought of game mechanics... I NEVER think of game mechanics...

cuz she's covered in flowers she's a gentle giant who frolics in fields :3 I feel like the fused rabbids are also sorta an homage to common parodies of the characters so her being big and strong is also referance to how Daisy is often interpreted. (also her and R Luigi's personalities would be cute together and that's a neat coinkidink)

(the animation is very unfinished ok) Rabbid Pauline is the funny one..

obviously based on Carmen Sandiego, but she's girl faliure lol. as for ingame, I don't really imagine her playable, probably more of an information source with funny cutscenes.

Rabbids in SU now...

aight another crossover I drew too much of... Clay is the OC gem species I made for rabbids. they're pretty small and useless (all the lore is in the images, I don't feel like reexplaining it all ToT)

of cores I did the Rabbid heros. being later gems they do got weapons and it's the same as their in game ones. accept Yosh, they got corrupted somehow. (I figure Lapis lived with a cracked gem because she formed with it so the only way it effected her was she couldn't sumon her weapon (her wings) so Yosh got no weapon)

and THEN I tried to make up more lore for the spark hunters... I tried to use the fact that fake clay is a thing to have the made rabbids work...

the main thing about this was the fusions tho. I love these fusions still

low quality them indivisually from twitter (I couldn't be bothered redoing the little backgrounds) I love this lineless style so much that I never drew in it again.

doodles. some other meta: cuz they're the same species they fuse easy but can internally fight allot. when any of them fuse with yoshi, his personality almost entirely takes over cuz the others aren't used to managing a chipped gem.

After the events of Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, the Rabbids were allowed to roam free in the galaxy without fear of going insane from the Megabug, including Rabbids whose identities were created by the merging effects of Spawny or the Megabug. Kale (bottom right) is the combination of Rabbid and an electrical socket, known for his expert wielding of electricity and lightning-fast intellect [note: socket is attatched to his back, and is not visible in the image]. Many rabbids started to travel the galaxy for fun, some helped set up civilisation throughout the galaxy to house the Rabbid newcomers; Kale on the other hand found it difficult trying to make an identity for himself.

Tabasco (Middle) is the fusion of volcanic magma and a rabbid, known far and wide as "The Raging Volcano" for their mighty strength and heroic feats- such as driving away a hoard of bowser's minions who were trying to prevent the toads from rebuilding their village after the megabug destroyed it.

Kale had constructed his own space shuttle, and used it to travel around the galaxy for a while. Finding himself in trouble with wild piranha plants, Tabasco ended up fending them off and helping eachother out for a while. Tabasco needed a way to travel around the galaxy, and Kale needed the company; so the two decided to team up with eachother to explore the galaxy and help others in need.

Popsicle (Left) is the fusion of a strawberry and orange freezie treat with a rabbid, and an extremely timid and anxious archaeology scholar for professor backpack. Tabasco and Kale met Popsicle while she was at work; at first she was too shy to talk to them, but started to take interest in some of the artifacts the two had amassed on their journeys, giving her a chance to open up to them. Popsicle became fast friends with Tabasco and Kale for how tolerant the two were for how timid she was, and expressed an enthusiasm for exploring but just didn't have the confidence or the people to do so. She decided to leave professor backpack's department and travel with them; where the three of them formed a team dedicated to the exploration of the galaxy and protection of its peoples- known as Team Fusion.
