MORE chip hcs cause im deranged (he/him for regular chip, it/its for override)

the overrides tone is completely emotionless. theres zero personality in its voice whatsoever, to contrast with a kind of snarky and sarcastic chip.

chip attempts to not think or stress about his work as a manager, which usually sends him spiraling and making the override kick in anyway.

he plans out his day extensively and usually stresses about stuff not going to plan/the way he expected. routines are also a must for him and not being able to complete them pisses him off a lot.

chip pulls on the ears/flaps of his hat when hes overwhelmed. this one is just silly.

AITA for caring about the environment?

I (???Bigender) was recently hired by my company to work in their Offshoring & Drilling District. I would say things have been going swimmingly so far, except I can’t seem to see eye-to-eye with some of my fellow coworkers. Ugh- one of them in particular is just the worst! He works in lumber harvesting, and when I try to talk about ways he could improve his practice to be more eco-friendly (replanting seedlings, for example), he always says “egh, they’re just trees, who cares?”

I’m down emotionally because it feels like I’m drowning in a company culture that doesn’t seem to care about the environment, but recently, I’ve been wondering if it’s an issue with me. Maybe I’m too much of a stick in the mud regarding environmental issues, and I should keep my opinions to myself. AITA?
