I liked drawing this a surprising amount? Like he’s so fun! I used Johann Baptist Horner’s “The Little Shepherdess (I think? It was a tad bit hard to find a title) as a reference (under the cut)

Also side note I love this painting so much like??? The colors?? The pose??? The life in every brushstroke???? I love it
