We had the booklet and draws set up so when ypu walk in you see that first and we also made it so the students and Pūhoro team came in first to look at it to which we explained in our presentation that it was an example of how the storage might work. And the layout of the projectors stayed the same.

We also had a physical aspect to our presentation which was a little draw with  some things to represent the planting storage unit on the bus. Having this made our design come to life a bit and add some excitement to it!

For the test before our final presentation we were deciding weather we wanted to have a still image or video on the larger projector and what to have on the vertical one. We decided to use a still image of a background we used in our project and have our poster hanging in the middle of it and have our gifs on the other one. With the still image it was a but hard to see the poster from the back of the room so we had to add a white box into it to make sure the poster was visible enough for everyone. With the gifs we had to make them into a video to play on loop because we had two gifs that was the easiest way to showcase them.

The Gif’s for our final presentation to the Pūhoro team and some students. We decided to make some as it was a good way to show some of our smaller details that were hard to describe with just an image.

Here are some of the new images we added and the ones that were updated to fix the aesthetic of the poster and our design. There is also the updated storyboard to fit the timeline of the experience. Making all the images we are using for our project link in some sort of way with colour or texture makes the aesthetic of the overall project link nicely together.

This was our presentation for the Tuesday week 6. We where pretty happy with how it turned out but there was still quite a few things that needed changing or after the feedback needed to change/add to our design. We also decided to change our layout and turn it into an A0 poster as it would make everything flow better and just tie our design together. We have to change the title of the project as Mata O Te Marama means just one face of the moon but if we add Ngā it makes it mean multiple which is what we are going for in our design. We added in a site plan as we needed an example for the presentation but with our experience we want it to travel anywhere in New Zealand but giving an example shows how it can go anywhere. The storyboard was from the last presentation as I hadn’t updated it yet as there were a couple of things that we had to figure out for it. And making the details look a bit nicer for the poster as well.
