It's Layton Brothers Mystery Room Perfect Crime Puzzle, basically just adapts the game to manga format except it also has 2 extra cases that were scrapped from the game im pretty sure The only english translation i know of only goes up to chapter 28 though but idk i havent looked that hard lol
