Have to detox my brain from wanting to play hours of a screw puzzle game because it has me spending more time watching ads than anything but I just love the puzzles so much I'm willing to do it and I want to have higher standards than that

How did Dogma, a relatively low-budget film, manage to have the only good-looking angel wings? Like, even movies with tons of FX dollars tend to fuck them up and they look bad. These are very stylized, and you can tell they’re not real feathers, but they actually look… better than real feathers? They have a balance of curvature and sharp angles that just make for a great silhouette and they move wonderfully. I cannot figure this out!!

Had the most stressful dental appointment today bc it felt like the hygienist was trying to force gaps between each of my teeth she was fuckin GOUGING me. Then it turns out I need a filling replaced (did not know that could happen; they said it was 'leaking'?). They asked if I could get that done tomorrow and im like I mean,,,, I'm getting married so probably not. So I'm doing it on Monday ;-;

I was going to ask if the fact that he's trans would be used against him but I didn't want to assume too much!! I want him to be happy <3 (I'm also so curious now if his joining the army was a personal choice or if he was drafted based on his perceived gender. I hope we get to see more of his backstory because i also wonder what he did in the military specifically/what his experience was like)

Genuinely I think it's interesting world building that in the contest women cannot own property but society is progressive about trans men being accepted as men and therefore allowed to own property. Its very much a 'I could see that happening' type of thing

Haha, actually the society is NOT progressive.. nobody knows Cedar is trans 👀 I'm sure it won't become a plot point down the line that explores the economic and social oppression of the era don't even worry about it >:3
