Vegan Chocolate Pancakes by lvlegan
1 cup rolled oats 1 ripe banana 1.5 cups plant milk 2 Tbsp maple syrup 2 Tbsp cocoa/cacao powder 1 Tsp baking powder
Directions: 1. Blend the oats into a flour consistency 2. Add the rest of the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth 3. Cook on a medium heat until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancakes 4. Serve with soy yoghurt, blueberries and cherries 💛

For me, the best sweetener is coconut sugar.

Stevia is called by the native Indian tribe in Paraguay as “Kaa he-he” which means “sweet herb”. This local herb is believed to have been used for centuries by locals from a sweetener in teas to its inclusion in medicinal treatments.
