When I'm travelling I keep a travel diary. Since I'm in Japan for three months I got a new Midori MD notebook, so I can fit it all my adventures in one book ✨

Autumn is here ! 🍂 Currently sick in bed with a cup of tea, looking at pictures I took recently and praying that I’ll get better before my Saturday morning flight to Ireland 🤧

remembering that octopus brains are donut shaped cause their esophagus goes thru the middle of their head and sometimes they die from brain damage from meal too big, and saying a long prayer before bed every night that if something like that happens to me i will be able to handle it gracefully

Honestly, I'm panicking a lot these days. The Coffee isn't helping.

took my german b1 level mid-term, patiently waiting for the result.

i dont see why i cant start a trend, so here goes. lets try to build back our attention spans. lets try to focus on just one thing for as long as possible. lets not watch those "asmr for people with adhd" videos where they fuck up adhd folks even worse. lets resist the urge to reach for our phones when watching a movie. lets read the articles we reblog, even when theyre boring. i know its hard, i have adhd too, but its worth it. i also know that this hard work doesnt always seem super impressive to other people, so id love for yall to tell me in the tags or replies if youve done something, no matter how small, for your attention span. you deserve to feel like youve taken back some of what social media has ripped from you

hello, long time no see!

i spent most of july teaching at a summer school, which was stressful but gave me a lot of much-needed experience. now back home, i am trying to find a good balance between working and enjoying my free time.

Job searching is terrifying but every now and then I allow myself fugitive trips to the library to read, journal, and take care of myself. My current read is A Room of One’s Own by Virginia Woolf. It was a gift and it has a priceless dedication on its front page, which I'm striving to show you.
